Why do you want to own a shop?:
✐ I have been many things over the years, a student, a teacher, an adult. I would love to experience all the responsibilities of being a Shop Owner. If I do become Shop Owner, I will be able to better expand my skills as a roleplayer and as a person in general. I will be able to express my creativity to the members of SRP, such as by making renovations to the shop that I feel are necessary. I would try my best to expand the shop if needed, as well as creating professional yet casual uniforms. I have had the honor of being able to open shops for Shop Owners and helping them out as much as I could. Although I have applied for shops before, 11/7 has been popular in the past. Currently, it hasn’t been as popular as it used to be due to the past owner being inactive/busy. I want to try and take on the challenge of being the Shop Owner of 11/7. When owning a shop, you have to make sure you have the essential items, such as cell phones for example, that every player wants & needs. If I do get accepted and become a shop owner, I would be as active as I can to be able to open the shop. I plan on opening the shop at least 2-4 times a day. People see that multiple shops open a day. Unfortunately, however, they don’t always have the supplies that customers want and/or need. When it comes to customers, my staff members, or myself, I will not deal with any disrespectfulness. I want to be able to create a peaceful place for everyone so they don’t get injured. I will also set certain rules in my shop & certain punishments will be taken if someone breaks the rules, such as being kicked out of the store. ✐
What do you plan to do with the shop?:
✦ Business objectives that I have for 11/7 are renovating the inside & outside of the shop. That way, customers are able to purchase their items at a faster and much smoother pace. I would probably try to keep the original design of the shop, but I would try to fit a couple more signs if we do sell any new items. If needed, I will renovate the inside of the shop due to no more space or I would remove what isn't needed. Last time, the prices on the signs were incorrect and people started to complain about it. I will make sure that the prices shown on the signs will be completely accurate. I want to also expand the office to be bigger so it won’t be as cramped on the inside. I will be able to invite anyone into the office to finish an interview if needed or to talk to any employees. I plan on having a hangout area on the side or at the back of the store. Members of SRP are allowed to talk to friends or family back there if they want to. I will also include a small area for people to purchase a small snack or drink if they wish to. I want to make the shop more welcoming and inviting. It will be welcoming due to the smiling faces and positive attitudes of the employees around the shop & as well as the new look to the store. I want to have seating in the shop in case if people want to stay in the shop and chat with friends or family, instead of doing so outside in the back of 11/7. I want to try and host a couple of events on Holidays (Christmas, 4th of July, New Years Eve/Day, etc.). I do plan to try and partner with other shops so I can help support events or anything that they need support with. I plan to make uniforms for all of the workers with the help of a friend, LLightfold.
How will your shop be unique?:
✦ My shop will be unique due to the fact that on every other weekday, there will be an event held. Monday would be the day when all of the most popular items at the shop and will be 50% off. Wednesday would be for a 75% discount on all phones & 18+ items. Friday will have a 25% discount on every item in the store. I will also be hosting some giveaways on Sunday as much as possible. The giveaways will have limited time only items & regular items that are sold from the shop, just lowered in price. For example, phones can be sold for 1K and in any color they want. I will have a delivery person for people who are too busy with a roleplay situation. They are able to call the person, tell them what they want and then state their location. I do want people to be able to get what they need so I will open a delivery line just for the people who can’t come to the store. I want to try and sell most of the items in SRP, even some of the new items, like possible backpacks. With the prices of the items 11/7 sells, they won’t be too high or too low. I want them to be a fair amount for everyone, so they can pay with it without a problem. For example, the Unicorn Plushie is being sold for 7K at the moment. I would probably lower that price to about 2.5K so people can get the plushie if they want it. If needed, I will raise some prices for the right reasons if needed. I do want to try and add Typeicide's Slurpee Machine model into the 11/7.
How many employees are you planning to have?:
✦ I plan to have a decent amount of workers in my shop, around 15 workers. I will probably have a Co-Owner if I am up to having one. They will have the same power as the Owner, just not the advert part. The Co-Owner is in control of getting payments, while the Owner is offline. He/She is required to pay the Owner those payments while they are offline. I want to hire workers who have patience and are respectful to people. I don’t want people who never show up and are quite inactive, so I want to hire the best people that are active.
✦ For the applications, there will be OOC information, which will be asked on discord or in looc, (IGN, Timezone, Activeness, etc.) & IC information which involves an IC interview with the Owner in their office. All questions will be asked to be answered honestly. The interview will not be a short interview, it is mainly about the answers & honesty.
Cashier (5-7):
✐ Cashiers will stand at the Cash Registers taking care of the customers’ orders. Cashiers must be patient with the customers & will not rush the customer at all. They will be talking to me if they rush or they are impatient with the customer. A punishment will take charge if they do that at any cost. They will pay me at the end of their shift the percentage that I request, which could be 25% - 50% of what they got. ✐
Male & Female Clothes will be made into something simpler.

Security(1-3):
✐ Security will stand by the Cash Registers or walk around the shop looking for people who are up to no good. The Security Guard(s) will remove the person immediately. They will report to the Co-Owner or the Owner what the customer was doing in the shop. As well as getting paid 5000¥ after every shift. ✐
Delivery(1-2):
✐ Delivery will stay behind the counter waiting for someone to call. They will take their order & get the items that the caller requested for. The customer who asked for the items will have to pay when their deliverer get there. Delivery will pay me back 25% of what they got. ✐
Managers(2-4):
✐ Managers are able to watch the shop while the Co-Owner & Owner are offline. They are able to open the shop if needed or asked. They will also take on the job of a cashier or security guard if needed. Male & Female will both wear the same as the cashiers. ✐
Male & Female will wear the same as cashiers.
