12 Grade Rank Request

Current Rank: [13] [Grade 7]
Alright, I've been told just to ask for an Grade 12 Role.
Every time i use the command /grade, it repeats with "You must wait (certain time)", or "You've reached the maximum grade." Which keeps me stuck at Grade 7. I've also tired refreshing, (disconnecting, reconnecting) Nothing changes, so if you could please tell me how to solve this issue, or rank me up to Grade 12. I'd appreciate it.
