OVERALL
I consider myself to be an incredibly active and well experienced role player within SchoolRP. I ensure that my routine within School Roleplay stays stable as to where I can log on for a minimum of 3-6 hours a day. Usually my maximum hours being limit to 18. Though yes, I do have a separate life outside of the server, especially when I am at school I make sure to equally balance out my schedules to where I can still maintain my high activity. I am rarely 'AFK' and instead engage in many roleplay scenarios on my other account and I am fairly certain that I meet activity requirements with as much time that I spend on the server daily. I have been roleplaying for about 3 years now.

Describe your roleplay experience with SchoolRP and other roleplay networks in general:
OVERALL
Though my journey has just begun in SRP for those three years I still have the confidence to call myself an incredibly well-experienced player when it comes to most situations in roleplay. I have experienced GangRP, CriminalRP, JockRP, and many other roleplay scenarios. I'm always keeping myself up to date on the rules as well as keeping myself known. While yes I spent majority of my time on the server learning about GangRP and participating in that I have also had my fair share of other things as well. Such as working position as a receptionist in the school employee faction. I know the difference between proper roleplay and improper roleplay and what would be best for each action using each different command. Or even working as a Town hall employee! I applied for Lawyer with a passion to work and get more experience with my college intern character experience and that helped me understand a lot more about the process of how town hall works and goes through trials.
CHARACTER JOURNEY
When I first began my journey on SchoolRP my first character was named Mai Ito. I distinctly remember being given a book of all the commands that I needed to know and from there I jumped straight in. Being welcomed into groups left and right, experiencing drama on the character I had mainly played. I had then discovered that there were gangs and organizations within the server and with the help of one of my friends, I had applied for a smaller gang. That gang was soon disbanded shortly after and I decided that I enjoyed that part of roleplay and experience so I applied for Mefisuto (Valhalla). I remember the lead as well as TheEz8Fury giving me a shot in their gang and from there I created bonds with many others. Learning more about the gang and criminal world within the server as the rules began shifting and changing. I decided to take an exam for college, to which I succeeded at passing to move onto College Bachelors! As weeks went by I decided that I needed a new chapter in roleplay. I created a new character named Kiyo Zi which is where I was eventually bored of GangRP and CriminalRP so I decided I would try out JockRP by joining college Track team. It did however take me two attempts in joining, which on the second attempt I made it on the team. This was probably my peak in roleplaying as I was learning much more about the community, people, and ways to roleplay. I still play on Kiyo Zi to this day but am now in a different sports team. College female volleyball where I practiced with my friend to try and learn more about the sport, to raise my chances at being accepted on the team. I also participated in a Government internship for about a month!!!
ROLES
I am used to work in five player ran shops. Yeobo, La Casa Nostra, Hanakotoba (Old), Seikatsu, and Tsuki no Umi. I didn't progress much in Tsuki no Umi as well as Yeobo but in La Casa Nostra I was learning more about socializing and volunteering for events we have been hosting more and more. I had earned a managers position in that restaurant and learned a lot about taking ownership for the other employees and taking responsibilities for their actions as I dealt with taking charge when the co-owner wasn't at the computer. I learned to multitask quite well in that part of the community and through that I have gotten the restaurant experience. In the past I began to tailor in many different tailoring servers where I have grown in that department as well. Thanks to SchoolRP's constant fun events and activities. I have more experience than ever with roleplaying and feel more confident than before if I were asked questions. I am at an experience where I would feel comfortable training other people when it comes to player ran shops.

What is the subject you want to teach?:
Social Sciences category but the SPECIFIC subject I'm looking to teach is Abnormal Psychology, which is a broad study of ALL mental health and behavioral disorders. Abnormal Psychology doesn’t just include the study of the mind and mental illnesses, but also the study of the biological, social and psychological causes that has to do with either genetic disorders or developed.
TRIVIA SECTION
What is your motivation for becoming a professor?:
My motivation for becoming a professor is not just because I want to teach people, but it’s the fact I get to pick a subject I KNOW a lot about and have taken the genuine time to study in order to be at a level that I can educate others. I know that Abnormal psychology is really more about the perspective of things, getting to know what it’s like in the patients mind rather than looking at it from the outside and saying “Oh yeah he has depression.!” Or “ Yep! That’s definitely schizophrenia..” It’s about learning what they’re going through, getting to know all sides and taking a moment to pin point what you can do to get them a correct diagnosis and treat them accordingly. That’s what I want to teach students about, for anyone looking to go into a Psychiatric faction at Karakura Hospital I believe I can give them more insight on things like this. Getting them accustomed to the feel of disorders. I know that they have appointments for therapy and give medication based on the diagnosis. I’ve been through the process of that before and what I have researched for my own character, they managed to figure it out perfectly and provide the correct medication that would treat the disorder I assigned my character. Again if I can teach students about perspective then they can use their knowledge for so much more.
Work out two interactive classes you will host if accepted:
Interactive Class #1: "Inside the Mind"
[A annoyingly high pitched voice roared through the college intercom speakers throughout Karakura School. It was a woman, definitely new to the faction.. “Good morning students! I am Ms. Venn, I will be hosting an Abnormal Psychology class for 2nd period today! Be there or be square cause today we’ll be learning about perspective and NOT labelling.” Her voice cut out quickly just as it seemed the woman ended her announcement. God a new class? How exciting!]
College students will be seated at their desks while I play a few brief clips on Watch2Gether showcasing different disorders. (Stimulating Anxiety, OCD, or Schizophrenia) Each clip will briefly discuss the general definition of said disorder along with symptoms and various treatment sources for this. A discussion prompt will be given that reads out, "Pick one disorder and write something you found interesting or would like to learn more about." Once the assignment is handed back to me I will begin with the next activity has come up. Keeping the things they wrote down as a notice on what to plan my next classroom lessons on. Students should have an experience to learn about something they were deeply interested in, not just a set lesson plan.
For the next activity students will be divided into different groups based off of each clip they have watched.. From that point they will be given which disorder they are going to take up 5 OOC minutes to discuss with their partner on how they can create a FICTIONAL character card based on the diagnosed disorder. (example, "Alex struggles with intrusive thoughts and compulsive checking behaviors." OCD) Upon agreement between both the students, they will have 10 OOC minutes to act out a fair and educational roleplay scenario where one acts as the Psychologist and the other acts out as the Patient.
By the end of their Act both students will be given a book to write down another discussion prompt that reads out, "How did it feel to portray/treat the patient.", "What have you learned about being a psychologist?" and "What have you learned about the mentality of your fictional patient?" This lesson was specifically planned out in order to give students a chance to take on the perspective of someone with an official behavioral disorder diagnosis and learn more about how someone with something as simple as OCD may function in their day to day life. For students studying to become a Psychiatrist in the Medical Field this gives them a clear sight of what to expect when taking appointments with patients and how to clearly read their symptoms along with coming up with a diagnosis
Psychology is about perspective, not opinions
Interactive Class #2: "Diagnose the Scene"
[That same high pitched voice came back on during a break between the periods. “Hello again students! Ms. Venn here! Again.. Uh. I will be hosting another class during 4th period! We will be learning about identifying different disorders!” Excitement and eagerness could be depicted out of her tone.. Why would a professor be so excited excited for a simple lesson.. And with that said she cut off the intercom again mid mumble.]
College students that enter the classroom will be given a short time to find a seat quickly that way we may get started on the lesson. This lesson will take a much longer period of time than the first lesson. An announcement will be made that the students will be split up into 4 groups in order to begin a clinical investigation on a teacher decided patient. (Yes there will be answer choices in a book)
Once I divide the students into even groups the next task will be handing out a book to each student on their case. The case file will include a briefly explanation from the Patient vaguely describing what they have been going through and symptoms they’ve experienced the past 6 months. Another book will be handed out, this book will include a content page with 10 different disorders to choose from. Each page will provide a description, a list of symptoms and medication used to treat them.
15 OOC minutes will be given to each group to solve the case with the information they have. Once they solve their case they will have to write down what they have discovered the patient has. A medication book will be handed out according to their decision and from there their discovery as a group, students will be asked to explain why they have chosen the answer that they did and a medication they think will best suit the Patient.
Work out a field trip (meaning a class outside school grounds) you will host if accepted:
[A static came up on the college intercom, along with a whine from the microphone being talked into. The same squeaky voice sounded off “Goodddd~morning again!! Today I will be hosting a field trip to the Hospital to visit a very nice Psychiatrist that will be answering questions revolving what we have been learning! Be there or be square!!” The static cut off.. Maybe she ended it??]
Students will be given a chance to find a seat for a short period of time in the classroom until I explain the field tripped planned and accepted. Once it is announced we will be having a field trip to the hospital I will have everyone line up outside of the classroom and follow me towards the front of the school, past the gate and over to the hospital.
From there I will have worked out a meet between a psychiatrist and I, the psychiatrist will be explaining the 2 different patient EXAMPLES they would have diagnosed in the past and the symptoms led them to that diagnosis. I will allow only ONE question from FIVE students to be asked to the Psychiatrist. From then they will have learned something about the process of identifying disorders and a solvent to the problem.
After that we will make our way back to the my classroom and a discussion prompt (Or homework) will be given asking them about how they felt their experience went. What they learned and a simple multiple choice question based on what the Psychiatrist discussed with their own experience.

SCENARIO SECTION
Your character would encounter a group of college jocks surrounding a bobcat jock, what would your character do?
Lyra Venn is in her classroom writing her next classroom lesson, deciding whether to make it a project or just a simple assignment. The split second she took off of writing she utilized to check the time on her watch, eyes widening as it hit her just then. It was time for her lunch break..! She quickly folded graded papers on top of each other whilst shoving them partially into her desk drawers.. A quiet slap as her laptop screen was quickly shut face to face with the keyboard. The screeching of the chair legs pierced through her ear c****s and into the cochlea. "Damn chair..!" Lyra cursed underneath her breath, rubbing her temples as she careful put her chair back into place and began to strut to her classroom entrance.. She opened the door and immediately was blasted with horrible sounds of screaming highschoolers, shouting college students and a nuisance of noises.. (God, could this school be ANY louder) Yet behind her stood a bobcat Jock surrounded by Spartan Jocks. She turned around shutting her classroom door and locked it shut before she addressed the group of kids. The college jocks were heard throwing around negative comments towards the bobcat Jock. Velora separates the circle around the bobcat and asks them kindly to knock it off, leaves them with a simple warning that if she heard about them again she would issue a detention slip for 'Bullying'.

Velora separates the circle around the bobcat and asks them kindly to knock it off, leaves them with a simple warning that if she heard about them again she would issue a detention slip for 'Bullying'.
OUTCOMES:
1. The students then agree to comply and walk off with their fair warning, no reports were made throughout the day. [WARNING GIVEN]
2. The students argue back stating that they were not bullying and Ms. Venn has heard wrong. She gives them a second warning to leave. They comply to leave with 2 fair warning yet later in the school day the she hears a report from the same bobcat that was surrounded, that the college jocks were at it again with their bullying. Ms. Venn calls up the college jock(s) who were involved in the second occurrence and hands out a detention slip [2 WARNINGS GIVEN, DETENTION SLIP(s) ISSUED]
3. The students argue back with Ms. Venn . She issues out a second warning to leave and they stay combative. Still harrassing the bobcat jock. She issues out a detention slip from that point. Warning them if there were to be another situation involving them she would get SLT involved. [3 WARNINGS GIVEN, DETENTION SLIPS ISSUED]
Your character would be supervising detention, one of the students constantly disturbs by asking stupid questions, what would your character do?
Lyra Venn checked her time on her watch, awesome.. Just awesome. 2 hours until detention is over. She opens the door and is immediately blasted by a overly loud student asking the other professors and teachers stupid questions to bypass getting out of their detention assignment as well as passing time for the rest of the 2 hours... A loud sigh, as she began rolling her eyes and walked in making sure the detention door shut properly to avoid letting in other nuisances into the room already getting torn up by this last student. She walked over to the students desk, grabbing their book from them and walking over to the chests full of other assignments. The professor warns them that if they don't complete this new writing assignment that she will involve SLT in this situation. She told them to sit quietly and finish the task according to the requirements listed in the book and everyone could go home sooner than later. The student was then given a new assignment, write a 5-10 page short story with either of the genre's listed..
OUTCOMES:
1. The student stops loudmouthing with stupid questions and follows Ms. Venn orders. They complete their task and everyone leaves at their desired time [WARNING GIVEN]
2. The student is combative with Ms. Venn reasoning yet follows as ordered. They continue to ask small questions here and there but she gives out a second warning to make it known she was serious about involving SLT. They continue throughout the rest of their task silently. Every goes home at a.. Somewhat reasonable time [2 WARNINGS GIVEN]
3. The student refuses to take that as an answer from the professor, they still act combative and continue to ask stupid questions as the professor gives them a second warning. They do not follow through with their task for the rest of detention. Ms. Venn allows them to leave by 5:00 PM and writes a SLT report against this student. [2 WARNINGS, SLT REPORT WRITTEN]
Your character would be hosting a class, and a group of cheerleaders keeps on playing songs on the phone and calling out other students in the class, what would your character do?
Ms. Venn is strolling to her class to host the lesson plan she wrote up earlier last period just before her break. She took out her keys from her pockets jangling them into the key slot and unlocking her classroom. As the doors swung open just to close again the professor took a deep breath. (Quiet only for a minute, but this is so nice..) Ms. Venn would strut over to her desk, opening her drawers and taking out the lesson plan. She looked through each paper to make sure there were no mistakes before she hosted a class... There weren't - [TIME SKIP] Ms. Venn heard an utterly disgusting choice of song, shouting curse words and dirty talk.. She looked back to find a group of cheerleaders giggling, making comments to other students who would ask them politely to turn off the music. The professor cleared her throat pretty loudly in order to get the cheerleader's attentions. She simply asked them to turn off their music and that music was meant to be used with headphones or outdoors..
OUTCOMES:
1. The cheerleaders agree to obey the professors orders and turn off their phones. [ 1 WARNING GIVEN ]
2. The cheerleaders act combative and continue to play their music loudly, making rude remarks to any of the students that make comments about their childish behavior. The professor gives out a second warning which is when the cheerleaders choose to listen. They turn off their phones [ 2 WARNINGS GIVEN ]
3. The cheerleaders act out further and turn up the volume on their phones and continue their obnoxious behavior. The professor gives out a second warning and threatens detention if she has to give out a third warning. They disobey and claim to give it to them because they won't stop. The professor issues out a detention slip to every cheerleader that continued and then kicked them from her class [ 3 WARNINGS GIVEN , DETENTION ISSUED , REMOVED FROM CLASS ]
Your character would be walking on the school perimeter and encounter a fight between a couple of students, your character tried to break it up but it didn't help, what would your character do?
Ms. Venn is strolling around the school campus when she hears a loud obnoxious commotion coming around from the Receptionist desk. She wanders over to investigate why there is such loud screaming and shouts only to find a fight that had already erupted between a group of college and bobcat students. The professor groans quietly pinching the bridge of her nose before strutting over to the group of wild cats fighting. "HEY!!" She raised her voice into a shout to attempt to grab their attention "IF YOU DON'T STOP RIGHT NOW I WILL BE ISSUING OUT DETENTION TO EVERYONE!!" When her voice echoed the students continued to fight and the ones around continued to gawk and shout. She warned every uninvolved student to clear the way and separate into another place and busy themselves with other things. Once the students around distance and run off to do other things she attempts in separating the fight again. Ms. Venn immediately radios for other faculty and processors on the job to hurry over to the spot where the fight broke out, from there she would threaten an SLT report to each who does not stop fighting.

APPEARANCE:
The woman possessed long, soft curled blonde hair that fell perfectly past her shoulders. The locks caught the sunlight with a natural gold tint. Lyra's fringe framing her face in a old elegant way that added extra warmth to her poised appearance. And those eyes, those icy blue eyes that were both striking and expressive, giving her a calm presence. The combination of both blonde curled hair and striking ice blue eyes offered her classic beauty to match her curved silhouette
She accessorizes with black pointed-toe heels, making sure to always carry around her black leather purse. She wore a fitted white dress shirt that buttons up with ease. Her elongated tube skirt framing her figure with politeness as her heels click against the hard, cold wood floor.
PERSONALITY
Lyra possesses a calm, thoughtful and resilient personality. Her years of hardship shaped her into someone who has learned over time the value of patients and empathy. Rarely seeking attention yet still manages to have the ability to leave a long lasting impression of kindness and quiet understanding. She gets by with simple humor and a calm presence so that she is able to make her students feel understood, like she knows they do have a purpose in this cruel world. Though she can't help being reserved, she's gifted with the talent of connecting to others through experiences and emotions to gain their trust. Though learning about their mind drives her to keep on learning about human abnormal Psychology.. She believes every person has the ability to change with the understanding of effort. Beneath her composure she carries herself along full of loneliness.. Maybe she'll consider getting a puppy to play with. Lyra Venn not only teaches by knowledge but by experience in her own hardship life. She uses her pain to teach, heal and inspire the students around her.
OUTLOOKS
Ms. Venn's outlook on her college students is sincerely full compassion. She believes that in every student's life they have their own personal story to what makes them, them. The behavior they exhibit and the effort they put into certain things they're passionate about. She believes it all has to do with their experience in life. The brain being affected by either positive or negative traumatic experiences. Because she grew up with hardships and the reality of having to grow up a little quicker than most kids, that's why she has become the hard worker she is to this day. That's why she's easier on others than she is on herself. She encourages the students to look within their souls and dig a little deeper about themselves, being curious about who they are, and what they'll become.
Though teaching and her coworkers are a little bit of a different approach. Lyra maintains her respect but selective in her connections. She values professionalism over gossip and friendships in the line of work she's been drawn to over her years of life. She admires coworkers that teach with the same compassion and understanding that she has. Yet because of her distancing and social skill issues she remains quiet within the school. To her, teaching is not necessarily a job, but she believes it is a collaboration to create a better environment as well as preparing her students for the real world.
GOALS
Goals have never really been her thing except when it came to earning her place in the food chain of the work industry. When you ask her about goals.. She'll merely look at you as if you are crazy, because reality hits harder than running on hopes and dreams.
["Goals? Who ever came up with that silly word. I think it is just a figure of speech to use to children in order to get them to think about what they want to do with themselves when they're older." She scoffs, almost laughing at the question.. "If you think goals will do anything serious then you're completely wrong. It is merely a way to say you wish for something to happen. Something you desire." She propped her posture back up into a more straight form - "Fine. If you really want my answer, I want to make a lasting difference through understanding.. The students here will only trust you if they know you understand them. I want them to dig deep in their soul to find the real them, not some fantasy image of themselves that gets them rich..." She went quiet, chuckling "Yet something that makes them happy.."]
Fun Fact!!
She makes real life sculptures out of recycled items from her home. Says it's a soothing way to let out creativity. She does this with her son, only he helps rip things up.. He's only 2 years old!

Fun Fact!!
She makes real life sculptures out of recycled items from her home. Says it's a soothing way to let out creativity. She does this with her son, only he helps rip things up.. He's only 2 years old!
Lyra Venn grew up in the suburbs of Perth Australia, a place where she was cursed with memories she would never forget. The faint memories of her parents being there when she was a toddler.. Yet as she grew old her parents acted as ghosts throughout her childhood and teenage years. Her dad constantly getting new jobs to be able to provide for them just to end up working overtime 24/7 and never actually being around for important events in Lyra's life. Birthdays, graduations, getting into college. As well as her mother.. Who one night had her final argument with her father, just to pack up all her belonging and leave without a word or sound. Lyra never saw her mother again, for all she knows she's either alive or dead. Thriving or sinking into the deep waters of struggle that life throws at you. Lyra was given no choice but to grow up quickly and learn that survival wasn't about comfort.. But making a way in life just to be successful
At just the ripe age of 16, Lyra applied for her first job having only the experience of mowing lawns and pet sitting for less than $5 and hour.. She worked hard to gain a job, practicing her interview questions over and over late at night while still having a bedtime of 9:30pm to wake up early for her high school studies. She worked late nights at a small pizza shop at the center of the town, scrubbing ovens and cleaning grease gutters. All this while her classmates bragged about vacations and shopping with family. Over three years she managed to save up just enough money to pay for a University in the United States. She had finally found a passion for studying.. She wanted to learn, craved that satisfaction when you became successful at something. A chance to learn something that would push her more in her life than anyone has ever pushed her before. She had only one person to thank for the hard work and effort - Herself
During her freshman year at college, Lyra took an elective course in psychology, with the misunderstanding that it was just another requirement. Yet that one class managed to change everything she had learned over the years.. That success was was supposed to be rich and surrounded by loved ones. Surviving. She found herself easily captured by the study of the human mind - Reasons why people behaved the way they did, how trauma shaped their lives.. Understanding how it could all be healed over time and practices. Lyra craved that. Healing and understanding from someone. She quickly found herself reading articles on the human mind in the library. Checking out books to read as a bed time story.. She began to tutor others in her class as she managed to earn the spot as top of the class. Yet it wasn't just being drawn to teaching about it.. She wanted them to understand it deeply. To help them make sense of their pain, the way she was still learning to make sense of her own.
For 4 years, Lyra taught in American public schools, blending in psychology to her lessons and finding meaning in a way to guide her students through their years of school both academically and emotionally. Despite her success, she craved more.. All those memories of children taking vacations.. She craved that too. Yet she needed to live somewhere away from home. So she found a place in ways that seemed calm and began her plan. She saw an opening for a social sciences professor in Karakura, Japan. Of course she took it without hesitation, it had all her passions in one job.
Now surrounded by a somewhat of a chaotic island and distant mountains. Lyra teaches her number one passion forged from her struggle in child years. Helping others understand the human mind, traumatic experiences.. And DNA that influenced different disorders. The kinds of things she found so hard to learn about herself.
