Describe your activity on the server:
When it comes to my activity on SRP, I'd say I'm pretty consistent. On weekdays, I work from around 6 AM to 4 PM, but after that, I’m almost always online. I really make the most of my evenings, and on weekends? I’m usually on for way longer, sometimes more than I even realize.
If I had to rate my activity, I’d give it a solid 8 or 9. Work keeps me busy during the day, sure, but once I’m home, I'm usually logged on for 4–8 hours daily. On big days? I’ve pushed past 10. The servers become a huge part of my routine, it's where I unwind, hang out, and stay involved with the community.
Even when I'm multitasking, I keep the game up. Im rarely AFK for long unless I really have to step away. I stay active, aware, and ready to jump into whatever’s going on. I’ve kept this rhythm for a while now, and I don’t plan on slowing down anytime soon!
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
I acknowledge the fact that if I am inactive, I will be demoted.

What shop are you applying for?:
Any slot you feel this fits into works! The shop name is Kaze Sukebō! Simply meaning, Wind Skate!
Why do you want to become a Shopkeeper?:
The Shopkeeper role has always kinda had this pull for me. It was one of those things I always thought would be cool to try, but I never actually went for it. Mostly because I never thought I could really do it. I wasn’t sure I was ready to take on something like that, or if I could actually make a shop fun and worth people coming to. But after taking a break from SRP a few years ago and coming back with a fresh mindset, that whole outlook has changed.
Since returning, I’ve been way more involved. Like, actually putting myself out there, taking on new roles, and just having fun with it again. I’ve been back in the sports faction and trying to push out ideas and other involvements with it, I also picked up a role in KPD, which has been a huge part of me branching out more. Both of those have pushed me to improve my RP, try new stuff, and just be more creative overall, and I've genuinely been loving it.
That’s why applying for Shopkeeper feels right now. When I saw the original slot open, something about it just hit. No with another opportunity i want to push my interest even more! Its been something that has sat in the back of my mind since this original application was posted, causing me to make attempts to become more suitable for the role. Ive come up with more ideas and even revamped my ideal shop look and feel! Its no longer a sudden thing and more of a thought out Idea. I still feel this is the place for me! Kinda my final faction i truly want to be apart of.

What do you plan to do with your shop, and what makes it unique?:
Kaze Sukebō will be a one of a kind skate shop in Karakura, blending raw street energy with smooth, flowing Japanese skate vibes. The core idea is to make every item feel like its unique and almost customizable. Stepping into the street vibe that Japanese culture brings to the table. Its a place not to just come and shop but hang out and expand this side of the server.

The core idea is to make every item feel like its unique and almost customizable. Stepping into the street vibe that Japanese culture brings to the table. Its a place not to just come and shop but hang out and expand this side of the server.
A few other ideas to make this shop unique are:
The Core Concept:
The heart of the shop is a dedicated skateboard section where complete setups and individual boards hang on the wall like a clean gallery display. Customers can easily walk along the wall, check out the collection the store has live on the wall rather than having to see them individually. We’ll keep the selection rotating with new arrivals, limited drops, and a mix of different styles to reach everyone's specific style.
Alongside the boards, we'll stock the usual skate essentials and fun extras: Perhaps a skateboard kit? One that can be placed on the ground in order to feel more immersed in building and creating your own board! We will also provide a wide selection of Plushies and Accessories that will fit the same vibe. I mean you cant just get the board! Why not completely the look with a cool piercing set and a cute plushie along side it.
It’s straightforward but atmospheric: part gear shop, part hangout spot where people can talk, check new drops, and leave with exactly what they hoped to find inside.
Interior Layout!!!!
The layout will feel like a hidden Tokyo back alley skate shop. The main feature is the skateboard wall, neatly organized boards hanging at eye level so customers can browse comfortably and staff can easily "pull boards down" to show details. Other areas will have open shelves and racks for apparel, accessories, and plushies/other items that fit the Tokyo street vibe. Leaving some space left for casual browsing and light IC hangouts. We'll mostly use an industrial look to get this feel and to keep the vibe modern and energetic without feeling cluttered. Its open, breathable, and focused on making the boards the star of the show. Itll be lit by warm low hanging lanterns or bulbs and surrounded by pastel signs! Each wall or display shelf tells a different story, encouraging customers to explore, pause, and take in the details annnnnddd of course sell the items! The layout invites visitors to wander, with no linear path. Its open, breathable, and interactive, with plenty of space for staff to engage ICly, run themed events, and guide customers through the feel of each drop. Its supposed to be immersive! Each step through the shop should pull your gaze elsewhere, finding more and more items you just couldn't do without.

Catalogue + Drops!!!!
Kaze Sukebō will have rotating collections and event based drops shown through simple catalogues:
- New wall stock highlights (featured boards and complete setups)
- Matching accessories. (Water bottles, hats, piercing sets, anything you can imagine to complete your streetwear look.)
- Occasional limited or seasonal items to keep things exciting and waiting for them to come back into stock.
Drops can tie into seasons, holidays, or Karakura street events to give regulars something to look forward to.
EVENTS WOOO!!!
Sumiseis events are meant to feel like youre stepping into a soft, creative daydream. They wont be loud or over the top, theyre quiet little moments that let players engage with the shops world in a way that feels personal. Whether its through crafting their own plush “scenes”(By giving ideas that may come to reality), leaving a note behind, or participating in gentle IC moments, the goal is to keep it atmospheric and interactive while still being fun. Here are a few that would rotate throughout openings:
Themed Outfit Discount Days
Announce a simple theme like “Wind Flow” (smooth techwear and clean lines), “Night Grind,” or “Old School Vibes.” Staff dress accordingly, and customers who show up in a fitting outfit (or with a board that matches the theme) get a discount. It’s a light way to encourage fun RP and bring more people through the door.
Street Racing!
Another vibe i would like to lean into is the Street Racing scene! Id like to allow the shop to participate in some of these events or help push the hype for these! Including providing the helmets or outfits Racers are commonly seen in or even hosting their own underground events themselves!

Wrap up:
Kaze Sukebō isnt just another store, its a spot where the wind hits different. With its clean skateboard wall display, rotating drops, and mix of must-have accessories plus fun plushies, the shop gives skaters and collectors an easy, welcoming place to get their wildest hopes and vibe. Whether youre picking a new board off the wall or grabbing a themed plush to add some character to your bag, everything is built for that smooth Japanese street energy.

Shop Aesthetic + Logo:
The aesthetic of Sumisei is all about capturing quiet moments in soft detail. The shop will feel like a collection of cozy corners that pull from stories! Its decorated with "scence sets" each with their own plush characters and props, arranged like dioramas that shift every so often. The colors lean into neutrals with soft pops: sandy creams, mossy greens, faded lavenders, and the occasional electric accent for contrast.
The logo itself reflects this blend of calm and character! Featuring clean, stylized text with subtle curves, often paired with a minimal mark of a stitched thread or tiny star to represent the connection between each story. It isnt flashy, but its memorable, a little stamp of sentiment that feels hand made. Everything about Sumisei is curated, thoughtful, and just a little poetic.

What will you sell in your shop?
Well sell a solid assortment of skate gear and extras depending on the current stock:
- A wide assortment of Skateboards aswell as Skateboard related furniture items.
- Accessories (Piercing sets, Chains, Hats)
- NicNaks (Water bottles, Phones, or anything that matches the Tokyo street vibe.)
- Fun plushies as collectible companions or shop mascots
How many employees do you plan to have?:
I believe 20 MAX would be best for a shop like this! With the theme being super interactive and the ideas would need to be flowing, I want to make sure theres always enough staff to keep that energy up, help with customers, and rotate smoothly without burnout!
Employee Layout!
Shop Owner (1/1)
Pretty straight forward! The shop owner oversees everything from staff management to restocks to running the Discord server. They're the one shaping the shop’s brand, theme, and energy, from uniforms to event planning. Final decisions on hiring, staff promotions, and disciplinary actions all go through them.
Managers (0/3)
Managers are the shopkeeper’s right and left wings. Trusted with handling shift operations when the owner is unavailable, they help review applications, train new hires, and assist with organization and inventory. They also serve as point-people during larger openings or events, helping keep things running smoothly and making sure every duck is in a row.
Senior Employees (0/4)
These are the top-performing employees who’ve shown consistency, reliability, and strong energy during shifts. They’ve proven they can handle openings, interact positively with people, and handle responsibilities without needing constant oversight. They assist in getting new staff, and while they can’t run shifts solo, they help managers keep things on track.
Employees / Cashiers (0/12)
These are the main team members working the front during openings. We fill the Mascot slots from this group as well! They handle customer interactions, take orders, and sell products. They’re the heart of the shop’s daily operations. Cashiers are expected to bring personality and friendliness to the counter, keeping things energetic and welcoming every time the shop opens.
Trial Employees
All new hires begin as trial employees. During this phase, they’ll learn the ropes, shadow senior staff, and get a feel for how the shop runs. It’s a chance for management to see their potential and make sure of their energy before bringing them on as full employees.

Akinori Uemara

47

Mr.

Married
Nationality & Place of Birth:
Japanese — Born in Tokyo
・┈┈┈┈┈┈ ✦—————————————————————————————————————✦ ┈┈┈┈┈┈・
Academic Degrees
Majors: Criminal Justice
Minors: Economics | Marketing
・┈┈┈┈┈┈ ✦—————————————————————————————————————✦ ┈┈┈┈┈┈・
Physical Description:
Akinori is the type of man who carries quiet authority without needing to raise his voice. Standing at 5'11", his frame is lean but sturdy. More from years of habit than any real fitness routine. Hes typically dressed in semi-formal wear even when he doesnt need to be, always a pressed shirt or neatly ironed sweater in soft neutral tones. His hair is short and greying at the temples, always combed back neatly. There's usually a calm, observant expression on his face, like hes always watching, always calculating, but never judging. Small smile lines have etched themselves around his eyes, the result of a life spent in business and a home full of love.
・┈┈┈┈┈┈ ✦—————————————————————————————————————✦ ┈┈┈┈┈┈・
Personality Description:
At first glance, Akinori can come off as distant or overly meticulous, but thats just the surface. Beneath the crisp shirt collars and composed tone is someone deeply sentimental. Hes a man who sees value in tradition, the little details, and especially the joy that comes from creating meaningful experiences for others.
Hes always had a soft spot for things that spark imagination, old toys, charming trinkets, hand-drawn catalogues. Akinori is the kind of person who remembers your favorite childhood snack even if you only mentioned it once. Polite, grounded, cold at times but hes the kind of person who believes business should always have heart. That is what allows it to thrive!
Hes known to be incredibly organized, with a sharp eye for trends and aesthetics. But at the end of the day, he is driven by profit. But to him profit is more than just the yen that comes through and out of the registers. Its the customers that come in over and over again.
・┈┈┈┈┈┈ ✦—————————————————————————————————————✦ ┈┈┈┈┈┈・
Reason for Opening a Shop:
Akinori Uemara has never been the type to sit still, not in childhood, not through his 18-year law enforcement career in Tokyo, and not even after moving to Karakura. When his wife, Misaki, accepted a government position in the city, Akinori followed without hesitation, bringing their five children along for a fresh start. At first, the plan was to fully retire. But after decades of structure, responsibility, and order, Akinori wasnt quite ready to let go of it all.
So, he joined the Karakura Police Department, hoping to find a slower pace of service. And while the streets were different, the people were still the same, needing someone to look out for them. But over time, something shifted. The fire was still there, but the weight of the badge didnt carry the same purpose anymore. Hed spent his whole life protecting others, but now? He wanted to build something.
Thats where Sumisei came in.
It started quietly. Ideas, sketches, scribbles in the margins of old notebooks. He began to imagine a space that wasnt about control or protection, but about comfort. A place where you could pause, breathe, and smile at something small and thoughtful. Plush toys that werent just cute, but part of little scenes, tiny corners of life, full of gentle detail and hidden warmth.
Sumisei became more than a business. It became Akinoris next purpose. A way to contribute to the community in a completely new form, through handcrafted moments, imaginative stories, and shelves that feel like picture books come to life. This time, instead of patrolling streets, hes curating softness. And if he can create a place where someone walks in after a hard day and finds peace staring at a plush frog in a scarf... then maybe, just maybe, hes doing exactly what he was always meant to. AND SO PEOPLE STOP CALLING HIM A GRUMPY OLD MAN!
