4th ambulance seat aka sitting on the gurney.
How will this benefit the server and community?:
If you look at how paramedics and EMTs operate in real life you will see that there is one person in the front of the ambulance who is driving and one person in the back who is keeping an eye on the patient and their condition. Adding the appility to sit on the gurney would add realism as then the patient wouldn't be in the back of the ambulance alone. Plus then the EMS worker who is sitting in the back can spring into action if the patient's condition worsens on the way to hospital. Also then EMS can roleplay putting the patient in the gurney and doing the essential treatment (by essential treatment I mean treatment to stabilize the patient, applying bandages, gauze to stop the bleeding and etc) inside the ambulance and not out in the open, as it's much more sterile in the ambulance than somewhere out in the open like the forest or sidewalk. Now with this EMS workers can take people who are still doing their EMS training with them so they can observe them in action and learn from them and potentially help the patient with the trained EMS worker if the trained EMS worker allows them. Overall this would add more realism and potentially create more roleplay opportunities.
