Summarize your previous experience (both in general and teacher wise): I am aware of the role teachers have within the roleplay, since I used to be a TA and a student. Therefore, I have spent a lot of time in the class room.

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that? The one thing I would change about the Teacher Group is the method in which tests/exams are taken. I would allow the students to have two weeks to revise for the test.
KNOWLEDGE
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose to they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general. The purpose that teachers serve is to provide knowledge for students, this is so they could be successful in the world. In game, teachers server a big role to add realism to the server obviously because it's a SchoolRP. What teachers do in their spare time is mark test/work and plan lessons.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server: Teachers are key to SchoolRP, simply without teachers SRP won't be a SRP. They add realism to the server, because if the students don't learn IC'LY, they won't be successful when they go on to do jobs.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
Trainee- This rank is the preliminary stage, they observe lessons to gain understanding on how the school works.
NQT- This is the follow up rank of Trainee, you are able to host lessons, and get to gain experience. They can only do lessons with permission from the HD.
QTLS- This is your regular teacher, they can preform classes freely. They must inform other teachers on what time they will be teaching.
HD- This is the person in charge of said department, they're responsible for making sure the other teachers are following the CoC and they set up lesson plans.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: The lesson planning system the school works on is called the Must have/Should have system.

My character will/should be called Kanna Kinoshi, standing at 5'9'' and weighs 124Lbs. She has Green eyes, brown hair, and has an average build. What makes Kanna different is that she wants the best for the students and barely raises her voice, she will only raise it if she really has too. She has a good outlook on students, she tries her best to understand from their point of view. Her personality is rather amazing, she's calm and down to earth. If you need help, Kanna is a great person to go to. Her plans for the future is to keep doing what she loves, and by that she means keep on teaching and helping children. If all fails, she will look for jobs else where.
SCENARIOS
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: Firstly I would ask them to stop, and tell them the consequences of their actions. If they do not comply, I will inform a higher member of staff to help deal with the situation.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do? She would use objects, words, or actions to gain the attention of the students, if this is successful, she would inform them of what could happen if they do it again. After a certain amount of tries, she will start to issue detentions.
When in a teacher lounge, how does your character act? Kanna would be very polite and formal in the teacher lounge, she'd also try and keep her self busy, so she'd plan lessons or do marking.

BACKSTORY
Kanna was very talented in English classes, was inspired by her teacher. She spent a while looking for teaching jobs as she had just moved away from her old school. At the previous school she was respected by students and teachers, her pay wasn't good enough to say the least. Once she moved to her current location she knew right away what she wanted to do. Kanna hadn't got a lot of money after moving, so she took up a full time job in a cafe until she had enough to make herself look more presentable. Once she was happy and settled, she took to the internet and newspapers to look for teaching jobs. After looking for a week, she found one at Taketatsu High School. She applied right away hoping she had found a place where she felt at home, and was treating her well.
