What experiences do you have with Detail RP?:
In the past, I've been on numerous amounts of teams that involved DetailRping, including high school swim and college cheer which I'm currently in at the moment. I've also previously worked in the hospital faction in the psychiatry section so I do have experience with roleplaying in both this faction and its position.
What is your motivation to apply for EMS and how will you benefit our current team?:
I've always missed the hospital faction whenever I took a break from SRP, I missed the memories I was able to make with my friends in the different factions and all the interesting interactions that occurred there. Since returning I thought that joining back would be a fun idea as it was something I missed and wanted to get back into. On top of this, I believe this job would give me a bigger motivation to log on more and attempt to keep my activity consistent.

Psychiatrists can do an assortment of helpful things such as providing care for mental illnesses, especially those who need it urgent, help and direct one through a long and or sort term mental illness or mental health condition one may be struggling through, provide advice for lifestyle changes such as relationships, struggles with work, and multiple other problems one may struggle through. Not only can they work with you individually they are also specialized to work through problems with multiple people at once, such as a person's significant, friends, or family members.
Categorize all the functions of the EMS and tell us what each of them does:
Doctor - People that work with many of the minor things such as the less serious surgeries and broken bones, and emergencies such as stab wounds. This position isn't allowed to work with things such as mental health patients, but on the other hand, they are able to prescribe things such as painkillers to the patient.
Psychiatrists - They are to diagnose and help the mentally ill, and they are also there to provide therapy for those who are mentally ill and need assistance.
Surgeon - Surgeons are needed for major surgeries and for immediate emergencies. Surgeons are the main people that perform the most surgeries, though they can also do simple treatments such as doctors if truly needed.

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Tell us about your character; how do they look, what makes them unique?
Youta Masuda is someone who doesn't act his age, he may be close to hitting the big 30 mark in his life, but he still acts like a child. He's a 5'10 gentleman that somehow keeps his skin as smooth and lively as if he was still in high school! His pale skin perfectly compliments his jet black hair, along with his darkly colored eyes. He'd keep a rather well-built body while constantly keeping a happy-go-lucky type of smile plastered on him, how does he do it? No one has a clue.
What are they like on and off the job?
On duty, he is the sweetest man out there. He treats those younger than him with care (I mean as you should in a hospital), almost like a younger sibling. He keeps his happy childly smile and personality with him as he addresses his patients, trying to keep an upbeat tone so as to not make anything too awkward or trying to keep people happy. While on the clock he still has a can-do attitude toward his job, he stays on task and stays focused, attending to his patients and whoever else needs his assistance. As compared to his work life, he's a lightweight that tries to act 'hip' or younger than he actually is... by making Tiktok videos.
Outlook on their co-workers? Plans for the future?
His outlook on his co-workers is that he respects them all the same as he would anyone else, he believes that they are the same as he has worked extremely hard to get where they are today. He's not judgemental towards any of them. As for his plans for the future, he hopes to have a blossoming relationship with someone he believes will be his forever, he hopes to have a loving wife with children as he continues to focus on his job and improve.

Youta Masuda was born on a sunny summer day in Osaka, Japan. He had one older brother, and a happy pair of parents - though a lot of the time, they seemed rather down. Up until Youta was a bit older, he didn’t quite understand why - but he realized that his older brother was very isolated and antisocial. Youta, unlike his brother, went to a large public school and learned to joke around and make stupid jokes with his friends. Around high school, he became close to his brother - and learned that he, just like Youta, wanted to become a part of medical school. Youta’s excitement for them being able to possibly work in the same field was enough - and he enjoyed studying with his older brother and learning from him, especially when his brother was in college. Youta was excited, and when he finally reached college, he could easily brag about having an older brother who taught him so much more than he’d ever know himself. Youta then moved to Karakura after finishing college and chose to apply for the hospital there.
