What’s your motivation to apply for EMS, how will you benefit our medical team?:
My main motivation to apply for EMS is to experience and upgrade my roleplaying horizon. I have been roleplaying for some time, on many different platforms and games. In my opinion, the hospital stands out the most. I'd love to roleplay as someone who helps out the world in various ways. I have found that roleplaying as something that would genuinely happen in the real world gives me a rush of excitement. I've always been interested in helping people. Hospital staff also make quite a bit of profit out of this job, which I find could be helpful in multiple ways. Speaking of which, becoming a hospital staff would truly mean a lot, considering I can upgrade my roleplaying experience and be given the opportunity to see what it's like to realistically help others in medical condition.

Yes, I tack acknowledgment to the fact that if I am inactive for a long period of time, I will be demoted. I also respect this fact.
Categorize all the EMS roles and specify what each of them does:
Head Physician - The head physician is in control of all hospital staff members and the hospital itself. Generally, the head physician is in charge of medical matters and often is the superior of other physicians/staff. They may also be in charge of other professional groups and areas of responsibility.
Clinical Manager - The clinical manager is basically the right-hand of the head physician. They are the replacement of the head physician when they are absent, or unable to reach. As said, if under some circumstance, the head-physician is unavailable then employees report to the clinical managers. They overlook all ranks below themselves, making sure all employees and roles do their job properly as well as providing and being of assistance to the clinical leads.
Clinical Lead - There is one clinical lead for each department. A clinical lead is someone who has full control over their department, and are experts in which their department is. Their job is to lead the department and be responsible for ensuring that they, both individually and as a whole, maintain their standards of excellent care
Surgeons - Surgeons treat injuries, diseases, and deformities through operation. Using a variety of medical instruments, a surgeon corrects physicial deformities, repairs and replaces bone, applies prosthetics, or performs preventive or elective surgeries on patients.
Doctors - Doctors diagnose and treat medical conditions, disorders, and diseases through the application of specialist medical skills and knowledge. Basically, they are the frontline and first point of contact in a patient's health care, and also refer their patients to the appropriate specialist doctor when needed for specific medical opinions and advice.
Nurses - Nurses have many duties, including caring for patients, communicating with doctors, administering medicine and checking vital signs. Nurses play a vital role in medical facilities, considering they administer medication, change dressings and document care in patients' records.
Psychiatrists - Psychiatry is the branch of medicine focused on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mental, emotional and behavioral disorders. A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who specializes in mental health, including substance use disorders.

How does your character act during their shift and not during their shift?:
My character has always taken her responsibilities and tasks seriously. On the shift, she yearns to save others lives, and help others mentally and physically. My character has learned to deal with traumatic situations, in which we call emotional stability. She also has an amazing set of empathy. She will always provide compassion and comfort towards the patient, as well as going out of her way to provide respect towards higher-ups. Off the job, she is a very chill and laid-back young woman. She is a generous and kind human being in general, and she feels as if she could never be rude to another human being; without feeling guilty. No matter how one another may treat her, she always remains calm and confident.
Describe your character’s personality / personification in summary:
Tara is a highly organized and enthusiastic person, as well as an excellent communicator. She is a trust-worthy and hard-working young woman. She goes out of her way to complete any given task such as caring for one another, etc. She always remains calm and respectful towards each and every human being.
Describe your character’s appearance:
Taralynn 'Tara' Garcia is a 5'6 woman with soft tan skin. She has natural brown hair that ends almost at her belly button. Tara has light brown eyes which are most often accompanied by bags underneath them. She has quite whitened teeth, that you could see as she smiled. She has a lazy yet casual style, and most of the time she'd wear sunglasses. She didn't wear much makeup at all, usually a small amount of mascara and eyeliner. She'd speak with a calm, soft, yet firm voice followed by a British accent.
Does your character have any past / current mental and or physical illnesses we should take acknowledgement to?
Tara was diagnosed with anxiety that was sourced from her past, as she grew up in an abusive household, and thankfully got away with her younger sister, Emery. She had a problem where she replayed events in her head, that caused her to feel stressed and regretful, and she has gotten stuck on a cycle of repeat that wouldn't allow her to move on.

Taralynn 'Tara' Garcia was born in Rothwell, England. She grew up in a decent-sized home with not so nice of a family. Her mother and father, Elvira 'Elle' Fujiki and Raymond 'Reign' Fujiki were often abusive to her younger sister, due to the fact they were not ready for another child. Since Tara often stuck up for her sister, she was abused as well. At 17, Their parents attempted killing them both. After this incident, Tara decided to take Emery to their grandmother's house, where both stayed for 1 year until Tara could afford a car. At 18, when Tara could afford a car, she took Emery to London to get away from their abusive parents. Tara didn't feel too welcomed in England, so she booked a flight to Karakura, Japan, after finding out there were huge academic opportunities for Emery. At 20, Tara got accepted into College. Here, she majored in psychology and emergency care, and minored in hospital administration and mathematics, hoping to become a surgeon in the future. Now, Emery is in college studying criminology, business, and psychology. Emery has not completely figured what she would like to be, and now is just the time where Tara is finally applying to become a surgeon, in high hopes to get accepted.
