A girl claims a house and spends the hole day without rp

ducks there is a girl who is always claiming a house and she spents the all day there without comming out or she stays afk.i've noticed that yesterday (April 17) that she claimed a house and spent the all day inside.Is it possible in a roleplay server?

if ducks made a roleplay server it should be useful for new people to get along with other players.
nobody as privelage but she can be 2 days or maybe a week afk in a house where other people could clame it
so you guys are telling this its ok to be afk? lets all make a afk roleplay!
