Some rooms are actually trash though, like on the share houses. 25,000 for what's basically a closet is what I used to have, I could barely make anything pretty in there

You should be able to type a /seen on people who own apartments. If they’ve been offline for 30+ days, you can submit a forum request to have the apartment disowned so that you can take it! If not, the old fashioned way was camping outside an apartment when it’s about to expire and be the first person to right click the sign. (That’s how I got my first apartment in complex F :D)

Deadass 4 people were responsible for 87% of lessons last month (niko allen and washu are KINGS, taught 50, 50, and 25. I only did 15 teehee)

Of the 18 people on the roster, only 9 have taught at least one lesson this month, and only 3 have passed the halfway point on their quotas...

This faction is 100% dying, please send help. Apply for teacher, only requirement is you don't eat crayons (negotiable).
