WHAT YOU NEED TO SUGGEST OR MENTION: Instead of getting rid of airhorns entirely, why not change the actual sound to make it an actual airhorn, lower the volume of the airhorn, and have a fifteen second cooldown before it can be used again, to prevent spam and irritation.
