Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?:
My activity remains rather high, usually playing almost daily. Usually these hours range from 6+ hours, as I really have nothing better to do, so one usually can see me online.
On the forums, I am also active, logging on about 3-4 times, to see if anything interesting/important was added, such as new rules, new suggestions or cool biographies.

What is the student council?:
You could call the council the right hand of SLT members that follow strict guidelines; the student councillors are the people that develop and filter ideas to better the schoo-l itself. They reduce workload on the school staff by providing leadership in the wide variety of events, ranging from dances to sport team tryouts. Some other aspects of their job can be characterized as peacekeeping: If school staff are not available anywhere, they have the power to stop students who refuse to comply with the set rules and take them into detention. They are formed by both the high school and the college forming a balanced group who are experts in problem solving, so that everyone involved can benefit.
Who or what brought you to applying for the student council? (e.g. a friend, colleague, etc):
I used to be council, before it became an active part of school and some of my good friends like myuzsic, PascalPlays and Mxxkkie are very good councilors, one being the president. Seeing them having fun as council and also being able to actually help has brought me to applying.
What does the school council of Karakura do?:
The Councilors are the ones who help School staff maintain and manage the school. They plan out events and make them as well-rounded as possible, to make it enjoyable for both adults and students. They also watch over the school incase of emergencies where school staff are nowhere near, such as fights between students. Council members are allowed to hand out detentions to students and also have the power to get others expelled/suspended once reported to SLT.
How would you describe your work ethic?:
I would like to think of myself as a hard-worker. I enjoy staying busy and going further than expectations given and work to become better. Learning on the job is always something I enjoy and strive for and is something that keeps me going. As a few examples, I stayed on staff for a year and more, but also was part of the KPD for almost two years and reached one of the highest ranks.
What interests you the most about the student council?:
The role itself is quite different than most school-related roles, whilst most student roles are leaning towards to the popularity of school, but the Council itself prides itself in the prospect of refurbishing the school and applying new methods of discipline, creation of new events for the student body & the assistance of the SLT members, to in the end better the school.
Do you have past experience in roleplaying (if so, summarize your experience)?:
I do yes, I’ve been SchoolRP itself for around 3 years now and have had many different types of roles, ranging from the roleplay aspect. For the longest of time, I was an officer with the KPD, which I held down for 2+ years. I’ve also been SLT & many different school-related roles, such as college professor & teacher. A few other simple student-related roles, I’ve had in the past, include the council role itself and also have been apart of the cheer & football team for the college.
SCENARIOS
You are on the student council and a member submits an awful idea. What do you do?:
As kindly, as I could. I would inform the member that the idea wasn’t fully and well thought-out and would advise them to think of something else and or ask other council members for ideas.
You submit an idea - everyone hates it. How do you deal with the situation?:
I accept the fact and ask the other Councillors what I could do better next time, to provide a better idea. I would look for ideas, which could actually interest Councillors and the student body themselves.
There is a split decision on an idea. The Councillors begin to debate if the idea should be accepted. As time goes on, the debate turns into an argument! How do you handle the situation?:
I would ask the council president to jump into the situation to actually calm the whole situation down, so that the argument cooled down back to a debate.
A Councillor is stirring up problems and abusing their position on school grounds! What would you do?:
Immediately I would inform the council president and attempt to put a hold to any current issues the corrupt Councillor was causing.
The council president says something you completely disagree with, how would you combat this?:
In a respectful manner, I would explain my opinion on the matter, hoping that the president would listen to me and possibly find a compromise, so that the issue could be resolved quickly.
There’s a staggering amount of tension/drama between two Councillors. It’s beginning to affect their work ethic; how would you try to help?:
I would advise the two to talk about their issues and fix their quarrel, so that they wouldn’t get into trouble and possibly get removed from both their positions.

Brief summary of how they act- your character’s personality:
Hana has grown to be quite the ‘tougher’ one of the bunch, she holds herself high around strangers and will tend to lean to a more stricter, yet in a way politer personality. She is known for her caring side and protectiveness of her closer friends. She will tend to stick with one group of people and show complete loyalty to them, yet when around different people, she will act either like a 10 year old child, who had 2 pills of adderall and about ten cups of coffee, or when the situation comes to it, she can be the mature 20 year old the group, gaining the name ‘mom of the group’, due to her tendencies to take care of her friends, if e.g they are hurt in someway.
Character appearance/attire:
Hana is a young Japanese female, reaching to the meer height of 5'3. She would have rounder facial features, giving her a more child-like appearance, her hair would be dark brown, framing her face perfectly and being a nice contrast to her lighter brown eyes, which usually seem to be almost glimmering.
Her clothing attire varies, but anything that really suits her rather toned body and fits comfortably, is something she will wear.

What separates you from other applicants seeking your position?:
I believe that I could offer the Councillors a lot of experience and knowledge of the job itself. I've been a Councillor before and have had my fair share of experience in the matters resolving around the school. I've gone through plenty of sport teams and also a club, meaning in the matter of school-life itself, I'm well-rounded and am aware of what the students enjoy and what doesn’t.
Why do you want this position?:
I want to reposition myself and help the school in the way that Councillors do, as a student, I have a different point of view, than adults that are positioned in the school, one could say we have a bit more of an imagination.
What interests you the most about student council?:
I’ve already explained my interest in the council, but I can repeat. I quite enjoy the structure of the council and its particular tasks that are given to the students there. The difference between this role and most student-related roles is quite major and expects the most maturity of them all. I find the striving of the council to better the school amazing and fascinating and would enjoy being a part of such a honored role.
What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment?:
I would do my best, to keep track of the opinions and shared matters between students, to create fun ideas and understanding rules, to make the school a better place for not only college, but also high school. Opinion in the council is rather important and I personally believe, gathering opinions, sending in suggestions and so on, can up the school morality.
