Describe your activity on the server:

‎ㅤMy activity on the server is quite sporadic at the given moment as I settle into things in an Out of Character sense, but other than that I would say my activity on the server is very active. Either being active online nearly every day for multiple hours or just simply being nearby on my computer playing another game such as Phasmophobia or Roblox. I may take the occasional break from time to time, but I still remain reachable as well. All of my activities are spread out between my main tag: RippedZan, and my currently alt: aanomalistic. I do have some activity on the account I am applying for, where it had held my Editor tag while I remained in KPD.

Anytime someone asks me to rate or place onto a scale what my activity is at, I always say 7/10. I’m not always active or online, or reachable, I try to be but I’m not and I’ll be honest with that. Somedays I’m super active and I’m getting a lot done, other days I need a break, and that 7/10 is an average, not a goal or a record, an average because I leave myself room to adjust my schedule to what I’m needed or required to do.

aanomalipic Government Application (2).png
What position are you applying for?:

‎ㅤ
I am applying for the Governor position.

What is your motivation for applying?:

‎ㅤI was in Government about 2 years ago, when infi was Mayor at the time. I have a love for Government work, often coming to a realization of how quickly I can learn politics even if they bore the life out of me during family dinners. Out of the small handful of factions I have been in, Government was my 2nd favourite and I had so much fun while I was there and I was sad the day I had to step down. Now I believe it is time that I make my return, but this time taking on another role from what I’ve

Do you have an understanding of Karakura’s laws & Constitutional rights?:

‎ㅤ
Yes, I have an understanding of Karakura’s laws & Constitutional rights.

What are your goals for being in Government Faction?:

‎ㅤ
I want to bring an impact not only to the community but to the faction as well. During recent times, I had noticed the decline in activity from an outsider’s perspective and it saddened me. Town had been so lively and I want to help return it to that state of pride and enjoyment, not only for those who still sit in the faction, but others joining it and people who require what the faction provides.

In your own words, describe the different roles of the Government Faction:

‎ㅤThe Mayor:
The Highest ranking position in the Government, and the person in charge of the well being of the entire town and its citizens. They represent the town, and its future security.

‎ㅤ‎ㅤ- Their responsibilities are one of many, being able to do everything that a Government employee is allowed to do and more. They propose the changes and updates to laws, along with creating them. Holding meetings within the government faction to check in and hear any issues that may have come up and brainstorm solutions.

‎ㅤUntitled design (14).pngThe Deputy-Mayor: The Second highest ranking position in the Government. The Deputy Mayor is to be the Mayor’s representative whenever the Mayor becomes unavailable, providing their own leadership along with their own opinion on the town’s future. They hold similar responsibilities to the Mayor.

‎ㅤ‎ㅤ- The Deputy Mayor can step in as acting Mayor upon the unavailability of the Mayor, attend public functions such as ceremonies and meetings. Along with the other responsibilities that one may hold within the Government Faction.

‎ㅤThe Governor: A political figurehead within the town. This is one people often seek to assist in shaping the town to make it a better tomorrow for its citizens.

‎ㅤ‎ㅤ- The Governor can do simple tasks such as sitting at the front desk where they hand out ID cards to new or returning citizens, officiating marriages between two love birds to take their relationship to the next level, attending trials where they would introduce the Judges and rules of the trial, approving adoption paperwork to those looking to adopt, performing shop inspections to make sure everything is set in order for them to keep up and running, and surveying the public where they will talk to the public about their worries, woes, and concerns.

‎ㅤThe Judge: Someone who is to hold the unbiased eye of justice within the city of Karakura. Those whose task it is to determine the guilty from the innocent during trials of any kind. They are to hold the fairness and order of the court before their sentencing of penalties to those who done wrong in the eyes of the government and its workers.

‎ㅤ‎ㅤ- Basic responsibilities involve them attending trials where they judge the ones on trial, issuing warrants where someone has done a crime and a search is required to look for more evidence, reviewing cases to see the full contents on what they are up again, officiating marriages between two love birds, filing restraining orders where someone has put someone in harms way enough to require them to stay away a certain distance, working at the front desk where citizens can approach to ask questions, and approving adoptions!

‎ㅤThe Lawyer: A government worker hired to defend either the defendant or the prosecutor. This is the official that gives the citizens of Karakura the right to any and all fair trials by offering them legal advice, drafting legal documents, and being their representation during legal situations. If anyone gets into any legal trouble, this is the one who is called upon in assistance.

‎ㅤ‎ㅤ- Their responsibilities involve them attending trials as being the legal representation, attending attorney calls for when either the detained or the officer on duty requests them to the Police Department, sitting with clients during meetings, filing restraining orders where someone’s life may be at risk, contributing to front desk work where they can meet citizens who may come in for IDs or just looking for small bits of advice, and lastly, building client lists so that citizens can call them directly as their primarily lawyer for situations they cannot get themselves out of in a timely manner.

Do you acknowledge that upon being accepted you can be subject to removal at any given time?:

‎ㅤ
I do acknowledge that upon being accepted back into the faction, I could be subjected to removal at any given time.

Have you read & agreed to follow the Government Faction rules?:

‎ㅤ
I have read & agreed to follow any and all Government Faction rules.

Full name:

‎ㅤ
A hand raising, grasping the arm of the glasses that he adorned on his face, soon sliding with a precise ease, as if he knew how to control a room with just a movement. Calculated steps moved him forward, side stepping into a seat that was offered to him by the interviewer. As he sat, he adjusted his posture to look professional, fixing any mishaps that may have happened with his clothes before speaking. “My name is Robin Anders Sturm,” a thick German accent was as clear as day despite the perfected Japanese language pronunciation.

Preferred title (Mr., Mrs., etc.):

‎ㅤ
Following the previous answer, he added his title. “Mr is more than fitting, I have no educational or political status to state otherside.”

Current age:

‎ㅤ
He waited a moment, but not too long. He didn’t want it to seem as if he was rushing through the questions, so timed precision was his assistant. “I am 25 years old, as of late August.” He had just passed the age threshold thankfully, yet despite his age he has more knowledge and manners to last him a lifetime.

Date of birth:

‎ㅤ
With that same time precision, he answered the question with grace. “August 23rd, 2001. My birthday was held just within the last month.” His posture seemed to ease, as the questions were presently with more ease. This was getting better than meeting any ex in-laws he had to do before.

Academic Background:
Untitled design (14).png
Pulling up a brief case, opening it with a click as the top popped open. A stack of papers were taken from a neat pile located inside. Closing the case back, and putting it to the side, the stacks of papers were put onto the desk between Mr. Sturm and the interviewer, “While staying here in Karakura, I obtained my Bachelor’s in Political Science at the Community College. After I went home, I finished my Master’s in law there at the University of Cologne.” What sat there was his resume, filled with references, copies of his diplomas, and records of work experiences. Man, it was as if he was provided with information to come this prepared.

Work experience:

‎ㅤ
Turning the page of the Resume, Mr. Sturm read from it as if he was looking at it for the interviewer. “While I lived here, I worked in many places. I was employed at Henki-Do, Pixels n’ Potions, Kiku Dokyo, and Daisuke Yohin. However, I was Manager at Yona-Yona and Yakedo Amai before my departure part way through my Master’s degree. And if it could be counted, I have team work experience from the sports teams I had joined in my college and high school years.” He cleared his throat, as if avoiding a tough, touch and go topic before continuing. “When I transferred to University of Cologne, I did work as an Intake specialist, helping people with some basic issues, and a Legal Intern, where I directly worked under attorneys of law in housing and family law issues.” He had so many experiences and listings, he felt bad having to list them all, but they were all good references in assisting his position.

Nationality & born location:

It was clear where he came from, Cologne Germany. His accent, college and high school experiences all tied his nationality to that location. But, something else lied just under the written page. “I was born in Cologne, Germany. To Alma and Martin Sturm.” The name just clicked.. Sturm.. Was he part of those Sturms? Like ex-Mayor Annabell Sturm…? Surely not,... right? “My mother was Swedish-German, which makes my nationality German-Swedish, but I never frequent Sweden as much as I did Germany. I would not be surprised if my dual citizenship would be void in the next few years.” A small chuckle, the only laugh that ever came out of Mr. Sturm this entire interview.

Criminal record:

A simple shake to Sturm's head, there was nothing on any record that held his name. “I have no record, at least that I know about. I remained within the law at all times, even during the times I sat on the Community College sport teams, and anyone in this town knows how chaotic those can be.” He shivered, a memory coming to mind, “I was there when the Police and EMS had to raid the College Baseball Team house, due to mold growing within their walls and water being trapped in their attic. It was.. A horrific experience.” About any old Emergency worker remembered this experience, it was a horrific one at that.

What makes you a good candidate for this job?:

‎ㅤ
“While yes, I have gone through the education and the work experience to be able to apply for this position, but let me be honest. What does it take for someone to be a good candidate for this job?” What is this? A question thrown back at the interviewer??? “What makes someone a good candidate is outside of the degree and the years of education they have gone through to get it. Yes, I said that.” An audible pause. “What makes someone a good candidate, is the person you are interviewing, because not only are we standing up for what is meant to be right, but we are the ones who are protecting the good in this town. A good candidate should be a good person, someone with years of experience that despite everything, they came out on top, and decided to make this place a better world.” He pointed at his resume, “This, only this holds my work and school experience, the references that say I’m a hard worker. Some of those references will say that I’m diligent, I’m a problem solver, that I’m a critical thinker. Others say I’m willing to go far and beyond for what matters, someone’s safety. Because I don’t want others to experience what I had, and what I will.” He leaned back into his chair, clasping his hands together as a prosthetic thumb sat in place on his left hand, prominent on top of his right thumb. “That is why I am a good candidate, and why I am cut out for this job.”
