An acknowledgment that I have is that I have learned from my past mistakes and I do not plan on breaking any more rules. I have done most of these things due to me being new to the server and not reading the rules. I understand that I have made mistakes in the past, but I have grown since then and I believe that I am now ready to become another productive member of the SRP community.

I would like Shop#7 because I love the location of it and I think I have the capability to create a great atmosphere with this shop. Ever since the shop closed, I have always wanted to own, now after working hard on this application, I have decided to apply.
Why do you want to own a shop?:
There are many critical reasons why I would like to own a shop. I used to work at different restaurants before they closed and I began to love the ambiance that the owner and workers created. Everyone seemed to have so much chemistry and it was a great experience that inspired me to want to open my own shop. I would also like to create the same kind of atmosphere in my own shop, creating many friends and serving many people who come to the shop. As a shop-owner, I will try to make sure everyone--workers and customers--feel comfortable. I want to make them feel comfortable by being understanding and allowing them to have a safe place to be where they can be supported. I have wanted to own a shop, to not only increase my own experience but allow others to have new experiences. BusinessRP is also a roleplay that I was very excited to get into. I want the shop to be a welcoming environment for all and anyone who disrupts the peace will be verbally warned and then asked to leave. I will try to provide good workers who will create a respectful atmosphere for their colleagues and consumers. I will try to keep stocked on all items for people to buy and not under/overstock on items. I want to create an impact on the SchoolRP Server and I believe being a shop owner will do that. I wish to spend money made from the shop to better it and the Karakura ambiance. I will try to impact people’s ICLY lives and make the shop a great place to hang out at and enforce the SchoolRP rules. I want to create new experiences for everyone and allow them to grow from working at this shop and I would like the customers to be impacted by the welcoming atmosphere to do more on the server.
What do you plan to do with the shop?:
I plan to make Shop#7 a cafe or fun restaurant. A comfortable, home-like place where anyone can feel safe to hang out and be with; in addition, a place filled with fun memories and good times. I want to create events, different from other cafes and restaurants that exist and have existed. I want to make sure that Shop#7 is always to be stocked with food and drinks and that it will not run out in a shift with a restock manager. I would like to bring together a group of people, that will create great times together, who talk and laugh together every day. I want to create an atmosphere that allows consumers and customers to make good memories and remember the shop. I’d like to create fun experiences with the workers and create a family-like atmosphere for all to enjoy. I’d like the shop to thrive and prosper while continuing the growth of many character’s lives. I’d like to give the workers and employees new experiences. I also plan on creating an easy to read and affordable menu. I’d like to create and hold many events, perhaps one every 1-2 weeks, and make this shop’s name known on the server. I love the look and location of Suoobway and I wish to add the schoolrp environment make Shop#7 prosper once again.
How will your shop be unique?:
I want to make this shop unique by creating a place that is welcoming of any customer. The uniforms will be intricately made and unique from other restaurants and cafes. The fast-food restaurant will be a casual, friendly place for anyone to hang out at. I would like to create specials and many fun and new events to create more memories and opportunities to people. The menu will also contain a variety of food and drink items, with an easy to read format and affordable costs. I wish to appeal to many different people and make sure as much people as possible can have a fun experience when visiting the shop. I’d like my workers to be kind, patient, and understanding towards the customers, no matter of any social status. I’d like to also acknowledge my own workers' hard work, by giving promotions. I would also like to negotiate partner events with other shops and collaborate to connect two amazing shops together and create a fun event that can add to the roleplay of many. I am already an active member and would like to create a cafe or restaurant that is active since there are only a couple of restaurants that are active. Due to the location of Shop#7, it is advantaged due to it being so centralized; additionally, it is a plus because there is room for outside events and the layout of the cafe gives a lot of room for many customers. I also would like to hold special employee meetings that can make the staff team closer; thus, becoming happier and creating better service for the customers. I would also like to let customers have a say in the shop as well, perhaps creating events where customers can become close with our workers and also be encouraged to get a job there or even create their own shop and place their mark on the server, thus furthering the fulfillment and well spent time on schoolrp.
How many employees are you planning to have?:
I would like to have up to 15.
I'd like up to 6-10 cashiers and servers (from different time zones, so the shop can be open and many times of day), 3-4 securities (to maintain order between the customers), 1-2 restock manager (to increase deliveries, so I can make sure the shop is always stocked), 1 chef (to cook the items that need to be cooked), 1 staff manager (to maintain order between the staff), 1-2 event managers (to allow new ideas for themes and events), and perhaps 1 co-owner (to have someone to rely on, receive opinions on things I am not completely sure about, and am able to trust to open and keep the shop going on days or times where I am unable to come. This can also vary after trying this system, depending on what is needed and not needed.
