WHAT YOU WANT TO SUGGEST OR MENTION:
make a role ppl can give to themselves to be pinged for sports tryout announcements or at least only ping people with the college/highschool role in their respective tryouts

HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT THE SERVER/COMMUNITY?:
notifications r annoying and more people will probably actually acknowledge school events rather than just assuming every single ping is a tryoutbc most of them are lol
