Why do you want to own a shop?:
I personally want to own this restaurant due to the fact that I feel like I have an amazing idea for it, something everyone on the server can enjoy. I hope it will make people be lively and bubbly, click a happy emotion in them, where you can meet people you've never seen before in your life, because I truly believe that it'll bring some sort of peace, whether it's just in one building, or spreads around, considering that's something we all need. I also believe that I have a lot responsibility, for example, working at this exact shop as a cashier, and how to be more caring to others, because once again we all want someone/something caring in our lives. I want to create a place where people can look forward to coming in, where people want to work. I want to create a place that's like a family in itself, where the workers and customers can be there in harmony. I also think that this area of the map is pretty underpopulated, placing a restaurant there would bring people. I'm not wanting to own it for 'easy money', that's practically irrelevant to me. All I want is to make a loving and friendly environment.
What do you plan to do with the shop?:
I plan to turn the shop into a high class restaurant where family, friends and any stranger can come in and feel welcomed. Where everyone is friendly, because there's nothing worse than going to eat somewhere and having an uncomfortable atmosphere. I want to put everything into a place where you feel happy, and that you can always rely on to lift your mood, because I understand what its like to have a bad day and how that can be extremely hard to be in your normal, cheerful spirit. I'd also make it so the workers are treated right, that they actually enjoy working, as well as getting the pay they deserve. Additionally I plan to open on the regular, preferably around noon as it would fit the feeling and environment of the place. Along with excellent food and workers and of course decoration, I'd like to do a few events, that I go into much more detail about in the next question.
How will your shop be unique?:
I'd truly love for it to be as unique as possible, which is why I thought it right down to the colours. I decided to choose three in total, blue, a light yellow (sandstone), and white. The blue shows the colour of socialisation, displayed by things like twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, etc, something I truly want in this restaurant, a place where anyone can speak, a place where you can talk to your friends without being told to shut up (apart from unnecessary yelling.). The yellow represents a welcoming colour, a happy and cheerful one, and that is the sort of atmosphere I would take pride in, so everyone maintains a positive mood. Finally the white showing purity and cleanliness (which reveals the high-class side of the place) showing the ornate and beautiful side of the place, giving it the elegance it deserves. As well as the colours I also thought of the location very carefully I believe the restaurant I have chosen is the perfect location. Away from any other extremely populated places, so people can dine in peace if that's what they choose, and the loud noise would not interrupt any conversation, as well as being placed right next to the apartment blocks so that families, couples, friends or just anyone could then go straight home, relaxing in their apartment/apartments.
I also think that not many "high-class" and "fancy" restaurants have a friendly aura surrounding them, so you're mixing a family cafe with some place quite elegant, something that hasn't been done on this server yet and personally I'd love to be the first. The restaurant would achieve this goal by having a range of events, as listed below.
Raffle: The raffle will be held once every so often, costing 200 yen to enter, in my personal opinion the entry fee in this case is quite cheap, considering as the prices range from a free phone (10k), to a free 20k. Depending on the night and how many people enter of course.
80's night: Just like the raffle, this would be held once in a while, there's many iconic outfits you could wear, as well as having a few mini competitions, like quizzes with questions about the 80's.
Talent Show: Basically the name of it, you could show your ability to sing, act, or just get up there and have friends with your mates, of course there would be a winner, them winning a prize, and much like the raffle it varies depending on the night and who entered (If wanted, you can go into a karaoke discord server to sing. This, of course, is optional).
My final example of an event would be a speed dating area: this happening maybe every Saturday or Sunday, having people sit on tables, and having a couple of minutes to talk, maybe exchange numbers, and get to know each other. Obviously, you do not have to be in this bit just to date, friend making is also a big part of it, as I place confidence in this restaurant being as sociable as possible. Apart of the event situation, the business would happily hold family dinners, no matter what family it is.
How many employees do you plan to have?:
Employees are the most crucial part of any kind of shop. I plan to interview every one of them instead of just giving the role to them. These employees wont just be employees to the store. I plan on having them treated like a family that I can trust. I plan on having 10-11 employees (These numbers may vary).
Co-Owner (18+): The Co-Owner, second in command. They will have permission to open doors to the restaurant whenever they wish. The person to receive this role will have a great responsibility and amount of trust.
Cashiers (16+): I plan on having 3 cashiers that are active. They will have the responsibility to serve the customers as they come and go at the tills located near the entrance. Maintaining peace, alongside other workers, throughout their shifts will also be a vital part of their job.
Event managers (18+): I plan on having two event managers who can organise some of the events I mentioned previously. They will have the opportunity to invite people to private events and schedule meetings with families who wish to hold a meal at the cafe. These people will be paid whenever I see fit and the amount will be based on their performance.
Janitors (16+): I plan on having 2-3 Janitors to maintain the overall hygiene in the cafe alongside the Waitresses. They, however, will be working after the Cafe itself has closed left where as Waiters/Waitresses work during their shifts.
Waiters/Waitresses (17+): The waiters/waitresses will be inside at the front door. When someone walks in, one of them will seat them at a table and give them a menu. They will then take their order in a book and give them what they want. I do want all my staff to be respectful and polite, but as these people will have the most interaction with customers, they can't mess up and be disrespectful to any customers. The customer experience is most important to this restaurant. There will be 8 of these waiters/waitresses.

My char is known for being sweet and caring, looking after anyone who needs it, and she'd show this in being the owner too and looking after the staff. Making sure they're just as happy as the customers and she is, as people being in a good mood is her number one priority.
How often are you on the server?:
I'm very active on the server. I'm on everyday, all day, especially on the weekends.

The shop as I said before is a high-class fancy restaurant, yet has welcoming vibes, perhaps a posh London theme. Quite suitable for a posh attire, showing luxury. Because of this it'd require a 500 yen entry fee as I feel it is deserving of that price due to the workers being talkative and friendly, killing any awkward tenancies, as well as the indoor decorations and structure being absolutely beautiful, having possible marble structures, and white walls.
