What is your motivation for applying?:
Well, this is my third account to have and I bought it for the sole purpose of wanting to better the roleplay experience. This is a school roleplay server and there aren't many teachers, more people are leaning towards city things such as store owners or being in a gang. People have started to forget that the server was intended for a more educational approach to roleplay itself. It's almost as if the fun things that were small have become more of the main factor in roleplay. When I first joined the server, there were classes almost everytime it was class time, no matter who the teacher was. Now, not so much. I'd like an opportunity to improve that and give everyone a new change of direction and something to do during the IG day.
Have you read the mega thread for Teachers? Yes.
Have you read https://schoolrp.net/index.php?threads/faculty-handbook.1981/? Yes.
You want to start a school field trip, what would you do?
Well, the purpose of a field trip is for it to be educational and enjoyable as well. Firstly, I'd come to a mutual agreement with the class on a general genre of the trip. With examples and options of the suggested destinations of the trip, I'd ask final permission for the trip itself (For the sake of the question let's assume it's accepted). Once the basics are finalized, I'd hand out permission slips in which all students take home and get signed. Of course, depending on class size, I'd ask fellow co-workers if they would like to attend and help supervise the children or even combine our classes to both attend the trip. (Apply on the Forums under the field trip applications)
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class:
1. Respect one another, as well as any form of authority
2. Keep your hands to yourself
3. No swearing or racist remarks and or comments within the classroom
4. No Phones unless permitted beforehand
5. Always be prepared with a pen/pencil and a book
6. Be ready to get out of your comfort zones
Summarize your previous experience (both in general and teacher wise):
I've played as a regular student, attended classes, participated in classes, and have exams. I've also experienced the gangrp life being in a gang for a long time before that got boring. While being a teacher it was during a rough time before any real combat rules were created and my character was killed by a group of students. I had taught about 4-5 P.E classes alongside Totoro_Sam as my mentor.

Have you read & understood the mega thread that is in Roleplay Documents > Teachers? Yes.
From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that?
Hopefully, encourage the teacher that we currently have to be more active and attentive. Give them a little push to being more than what they are now and more of what they could be.
KNOWLEDGE
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
From a very young age, we are taught that teachers are much more than just teachers. We are taught to know them as protectors, friends, and someone who is there for you when you need help. The teachers on the server are far more in the 'friend' section than anything else, due to them mostly being a friend. On average, I believe a teacher earns around $58,000 roughly in America and around $44,000 in Japan which rounds to about ¥4 million. Teachers are mainly there to teach you things that you may and may not use in the future, such as Math, English, and Science. There are many variations of teachers, some are the laid back type and some are strict. Teachers are no different from everyday people, they too make sacrifices that those tend to be social life. Not many teachers are going out and enjoying the night like the students are since they are often marking papers and such. But, lack of social life comes with any job. Which is maybe why many teachers try to make the classroom more fun since it's possibly the only entertainment.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server:
Well, it wouldn't be SchoolRP Without teachers, would it? Teachers make the server, just as much as the players and server staff does. They bring a general sense of realism into the server, and it's almost expected for teachers to be around.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
Trainee: TA, is what I instantly think. Someone who is still in school for becoming a teacher and needs in the field experience to give them that first-hand feel of what is to come in continuing in that career.
Newly Qualified Teacher: Fresh out of school, mostly used as a substitute teacher. Not too many positions open for this rank as they have very little experience and most experience is from being a Teaching Assistant.
Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills: A teacher who has been teaching for years, at least in the double digits. A man or woman who has almost no struggle handling a class successfully.
Head of Department: A man or woman voted to be in charge of a department within the school. They are almost considered more of a teacher monitor, who checks in to make sure the other teachers within their department are following the rules and are being successful.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
1. A teacher must report doing lessons regularly.
2. Time for work may only end when only told to do so by a higher official, such as a Principal.
3. A teacher may be required to do additional work.
4. A record of attendance for you as a teacher will be kept, if broken you'll be sanctioned.
CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does he look like? What makes him unique and different? What is his outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is his personality like? What is his plan for the future?
Greyson Everett Hunt is a man around the age of 29, he has an average build with the height of 5'11 and 6' on good days. Being the casual dresser he is, he usually sports his favorite pair of dark blue jeans and either a black pull-over hoodie or brown wool sweater along with basic everyday sneakers. Greyson has always been known as a calm and low maintenance man from a young age. He's always shot for at least the 'bare minimum' in his earlier years. He wasn't the popular kid, the jock, and or band geek, but in fact, the background character who had a very tight-knit group that he held all the way up until college. Then in college, he developed a new personality, one of excitement and the need for everyone to be having a good time. When he looks at students, the first thing he wants to do is ask what he can do to make their experience better. His biggest aim is to make sure everyone remembers what happened and what the importance of it was.
SCENARIOS
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
Being the calm man Greyson is, he'd try to just respectfully tell them to stop and to keep it out the halls. Knowing that this was a high school he taught at, he expected some vulgar language. If it continues then he'd threatened them with detention before escorting them to the principal's office.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?
Greyson would jump onto his chair giving a loud hoot, if that catches the students attention then he had succeeded. Although with the most likely awkward looks, he'd give them a smile before continuing his lesson with a 'Now that I have your attention-'.
When in a teacher lounge, how does your character act?
He'd chat with teachers, most likely be drinking an energy drink sitting on the couch. He's a social man, so he'd make it his job to at least make a somewhat responsible and collective conversation, possibly even talk about future plans for field trips or lesson plans.
Provide at least 5 detailed /me's of your character inside a classroom.
/me nods along with student response, giving them a smile of appreciation
/me hands out test papers along with extra erasers
/me hands out personality quizzes that he had printed out earlier along with the guides
/me rearranges the chairs into a circle for the future debate
/me points his pen at the boy/girl awaiting their answer patiently
BACKSTORY
When Greyson was young, he had always had an issue with building friendships. Especially living in New York, the people around weren't the friendliest. It wasn't until around Freshman year that he had first established his first official little group consisting of around 3 others. Of course, as the years went on some people came and went, but these three really helped him mentally and physically as well bringing him more and more out of his shell of insecurity. When it was time to select his college of choice, his choices were completely different from his friends. Although it hurt him to say goodbye as he left his home state, it was easier to say hello to the new surroundings.
In his new environment, he was very open to everything coming to him. Going based on his high school sociology class, he realized how much he loved to class. How it really opened his eyes to the acts of society and the people in it, how the mind could be altered with their social status. Instantly joining the humanities club upon arrival, he closely bonded with a few members who encouraged him to move on to Teaching thanks to his calm and almost addictive attitude.
Around his 3rd year in school, he noticed he needed a language for his undergraduate in Sociology, during this time (around the late 2000's) anime and manga had become a large part of the underground American culture. He found it interesting on how Japanese culture worked as well as how they interacted with each other. He dove into the language and was almost shocked on how hard it really was, the three systematic writings made his college life far harder being that the characters weren't romanized meaning he had to study far more often. He ended up taping Japanese translations of things on objects to remind him of challenging words.
Being close with his Sociology professor, as she was his advisor, she offered him a spot to be her temporary T.A until he was officially labeled as it later that year. She allowed him to run other classes alongside her during his free time as well as grade and report back to her. Although this was a stressing job he enjoyed interacting with the students before him, older and younger. This continued for the next 3 years. Soon after his 5th year at school he was allowed to be considered a temporary teacher or otherwise known as a substitute teacher. Which he gladly took advantage of around in Washington State. Going school to school getting a feel for each new environment preparing him for the future of his teaching career.
Going across the world to teach wasn't apart of his dream, but he was always one for adventure and spontaneous activity. The work Visa wasn't easy to obtain either, let me tell you that. Arriving at Karakura High for the job interview was far more stressful than any job he's had before. This was his first official job, and he was going to do a damn good job. He didn't come here just to leave a failure. He was going to get this job, the one he wished and loved for.
