My ban was my fault. I was a younger and less mature person then. What happened was that I was in the forums, (old account), and instead of editing an old thread I just made another thread which was basically one or two words.

Club Vibe is a Nightclub located at Japan, Karakura. It is known as the only Nightclub there, where players do multiple things, party, have drinks, or just chat with friends. Employees and customers have a safe time at Club Vibe.
Why do you want to own a shop?:
Owning a shop (Happy Pills), was the best Role Play experience I ever had in any Role Play games. I role-played as a student, teacher in multiple subjects, unemployed adult and was a delivery man but Role Playing as a Shop Owner in my case is so fun, and it has so many ways to contribute to the Role Playing life of SchoolRP, it adds more users into your life with customers, employees, people you interview, et cetera.
Shop Owning is a very hard task to do and one of the most difficult jobs in most communities, one slip up with your money, and that means that restock could be very difficult to manage. I owned a store named Happy Pills, the pharmacy inside Karakura, and I believe I did a good job (I quit, not fired), and I can also bring my efforts into Club Vibe (Shop 8).
The reason I want to own Club Vibe is that it is WAY different to Happy Pills. Club Vibe has partying, dancing, drinks, and cigarettes, music, loud chatter, everything a Club needs. I believe that with these many tasks I have to keep up there is a great responsibility. Club Vibe will be a great store as it always was with me, and yes, I will change some things, but it will still be The Nightclub to be at. Club Vibe is another reason why I want to own the store again, why? It is because of most things, the colors that the store has, the excitement and many other different features.
What do you plan to do with the shop?:
I plan on keeping Club Vibe as a Nightclub, opening at most hours (one of the most talked about things is on how stores never open, but it is not the fault of the owner, it is because of TimeZones, so I will get employees who can work at all TimeZones.) Club Vibe will be a general Club. Opening at the day occasionally and also at the night. Club Vibe will be a safe place for both my customers, and employees, and anyone else who walks in.
I plan on keeping the 18+ drinks, cigarettes, and items as Club Vibe usually has, and I will try to make the experience better for minors, by adding more soft drinks like milkshakes and foods. I will try and keep the dance floor alive also. The previous times I went to Club Vibe, I saw many people relaxing in the seats and not stood up. I plan on making new jobs for people to work as in Club Vibe, the usual will stay as Bouncers (Security), Waiters, Bartenders, Janitors, Managers, Co-Owners, et cetera, but I will add jobs such as a DJ, an entertainer. Events will be put in such as Magic Night, or Karaoke and Comedy Nights.
Overall, Club Vibe will be an open Night Club for everyone where all will feel safe and happy.
How will your shop be unique?:
First of all, Club Vibe is the ONLY Club inside Karakura, and one of the only places with a changing environment, a sitting, standing, singing, talking, shouting, dancing atmosphere that helps. Club Vibe will keep the 1000-2500 Yen entrance fee because we do not want some people coming inside for free, having a dance and buying nothing at all since that makes no profit. I have been in debates about the economy and about price discrimination (changing prices just for better profit). Club Vibe brings excitement in many aspects to players, besides house parties and player made parties, Club Vibe is the shop where you party and have fun, not thinking about what to buy, you let yourself loose.
I will keep Club Vibe in a manner where it opens at most times, some stores lack these and recently I have not seen many stores opening, so I will implement the TimeZone, yes it is near impossible for me or anyone else to keep it open 24/7, but I will open whenever I can.
With this, it does not mean that Club Vibe is a more important store than all other stores.
How many employees are you planning to have?:
Employees are the people that keep stores/shops running, I will have many opportunities for many players to join my store, yes I will have a strict interview and I will not do they have friends as employees. I want to choose employees through a rigorous yet important interview.
I am planning on having 15-20 employees, but these numbers will vary. I can have 40 employees but only pay 10 because only 10 will be active, so I have a plan to accept multiple people and whoever will do the best job will stay and not get fired.
Jobs:
(1) Co-Owner (18+): My Co-Owner, the second in command. He/She has the power to open freely without permission, also can order for deliveries but cannot use owners money or employees money to pay for anything. (45k every two weeks, and pay for whatever job they do)
(3) Managers (18+): 3 Managers max, they will work with me and the co-owner but they will have their share on cashiering, they are trusted and if they do have permission they will be able to open the store by themselves. (Whatever job they do and 30k per 2-week payment)
(6-7) Cashiers: We are planning to have 6 to 7 active cashiers who will serve our customers with the right needs, they are crucial for any job in any company and they can rise into a larger job inside the future. (Every time someone buys something from a cashier they get 50% of the money they make, bonuses will vary).
(3) Janitors: A very important job inside our community, they will be the cleaners of Happy Pills. We plan on having 3 janitors who will make Happy Pills a clean and sanitary store to be inside. (35k every 2 weeks).
(3) Bartenders (18+): The Bartender serves drinks to all who goes to the Bar. The Bartender MUST be 18+ as she/he serves both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. (20k every week, bonuses vary).
(2) DJs (18+): The DJ is a crucial part of my new Club Vibe. They will be the people who stir up the dance floor and music, they will be the main people who make people dance and stand up and have fun! (25k every week, bonuses vary).
Note: If an employee does not work at all, they will get no pay. Pay is only given for people who actually work at the store, people who do that get paid what I said above.
Also, Payment may fluctuate.

The shop owner's main job is to make a successful business and family friendly community, I believe that Shop owners make the server bigger and better. The shop owners are the people that start this, they make a fun environment for all along with all the others, staff, people, teachers, and all players. I want to join this big community with what I said above because our community is a well determined, achieving and now a massive server and the Shop Owner it a lot, time to make an impact.
Do you understand your responsibility for the shop owner?
I feel like I do understand the responsibilities of a shop owner and what must be done, I was a shop owner before in the server and that also brings a large amount of what I have to do OOCLY and ICLY. I understand that I must keep the shop going through dark and light times good or bad. The shop will try its best to be open at the proper times I listed above, we will have good customer service, great employees and many more great features. We understand that we must be strict to our employees meaning that they should have a good attendance, a good customer service, and a good overall basis, if they do not meet this expectation, they will have a lower pay, and if this goes on, I will fire them.
Why Club Vibe?
Club Vibe is a different experience on shop owning than all other shops, it is a Nightclub, no other store is that. It opens for drinks, interviews, fun nights, events, it can be used as a restaurant, but overall Club Vibe is a happy Nightclub for everyone. Club Vibe has different colors, being red and black/grey. It has everything that someone would want.
Would you say that you are active?
Sometimes, I am not active, and that is mostly because of my parents. However, I have played SchoolRP for a very long time and I believe that at that time I have been most active. Within both of my accounts, the /ar check is not massive but when I can play, I can stay for around 3 hours online, which I believe is good enough and sometimes I can go past that 3-hour mark for many hours. If I am inactive, my managers will be able to open.
Would anything new be added?
If I do own Club Vibe there would be adjustments, with the indoors, possibly different colors et cetera. I might add new items, but I do not want to turn Club Vibe into a Casino. I saw that some other applications want to add Slots, but I think that if there were slots, it'd be easy for any Under-17 to use it as a Casino and Betting type of place is 18+. With this, I will add new foods, new items, maybe some collectibles that Club Vibe does not have, the only collectible I do know is the Supreme Air Horn, I would like to add items such as Ryanark's new sneakers, maybe hats, whatever works. As I mentioned before, there will be events, such as comedy night, dance night, romance night, it will be amazing.
How will Stock be managed?
Stock, one of the hardest things a Shop Owner faces. When I owned Happy Pills, I believe that I managed stock correctly. The mane managers of stock would be, Managers, Co-Owners, and most of all me, the Owner of the store. I do not want that there would be a time where I would want to ask a Cashier to give me some money for Stock. However, something new for me is that before, when I owned Happy Pills, Stock was mostly asking Ducks for items since he is the person who sells medical items, however, with my time of being a Delivery Man means that I do have an idea on what to do.

I believe that I am the right man for this job for some reasons. One reason is that I have the experience of being a Shop Owner, as I owned Happy Pills. I believe that with Club Vibe, I can produce an even better job than what I did before. If this does get accepted, I will add all of my effort and abilities.
I also hope that with owning this store, I can make an impact on the server, with helping the community and all who plays SchoolRP. I also know all of the rules for being a Shop Owner, what I can and cannot do.
