Previous warns/kicks/bans:
I am unaware of any warns that I may have, although I may have some from when I played SchoolRP a long time ago, when I first started. I remember I had no idea what the rules were at the time and I was more than likely warned for something I had no idea was bad. I may have a few kicks for being AFK but no kicks recently. A past kick could be spamming, though I am not entirely sure. I have one ban, which was for asking ducks when shops would open, because I'm silly. Alas, none of these are very major, so I would say that I have a 99% clean record!
Shop wanted:
I would love to have shop 5 as a shop. Shop 5 is a restaurant built on a street corner and looks like what should be a nice, humble place to eat. I guarantee that if I own the shop I could turn it into what it truly deserves: a beautiful place to go eat.
Why do you want to own a shop?:
Having been Grade-12 for almost a year now, I figured that I might as well try something new. I have never owned a shop before, and I believe being a first-time shop owner will give me a lot of room to gain experience and learn, even if it turns out bad in the end. My plans with the restaurant are amazing, in my opinion, but we will get to that later; they have much to do with how the restaurant will be transformed. Being a shop owner seems so fun to me: managing employees, delighting customers, and making my shop stand out unalike all others. Becoming a shop owner not only does those things, but also allows me to prove my worthiness. Having been playing SchoolRP as long as I have, I wanted a change - and this is my chance to prove it. It would be such an accomplishment! This experience would also be fun, allowing me to express my character and personality in my shop without even having to change how it looks. All I need is a change in feel and style. It is a fun way for me to express myself and show others how I am. I understand the responsibility it takes to own a shop and I accept those things. For times I can't be there I'll have employees. For times I can't pay for some things, they will be hard, yet my shop will still pull through.
What do you plan to do with the shop?:
A change in style and feel will shape the culture of my shop. I plan on serving different and unique kinds and styles of food. Some food from Indonesia, maybe? How about a Caribbean cuisine? Maybe a couple Cajun sauce piquants? All these things will shape my restaurant into something that stands out with its uniqueness. Alas, that is not everything - I also plan on making my shop beautiful in its style to the people of Japan. Many shops are the same. They sell this or that, this kind of food and that kind of food. Perhaps it is a great idea to shake things up? Perhaps it would be fun to host parties and events, host raffles or just watch soccer on Friday nights? All of these things may sound strange or even dumb, but in my view they seem amazing. It would be only a matter of time before popularity of my shop would rise above others. These plans are weird but quite different, just what a restaurant in this part of Japan needs.
How many employees are you planning to have?:
I plan on having eight employees, but this is subject to change. Depending on how big the restaurant is and how many average customers are expected, I may drop this number to seven or rise it to nine or ten. As I said, it just depends on those circumstances. As a base, though, I plan on having eight. This should be able to cover the customers - two cashiers, four waiters/waitresses, and two chefs. I will have a lead waiter or waitress and have them help train more, but I won't be very harsh if they mess up.
How does a style of food affect SchoolRP's community?
A different style of food can entirely shape a culture and community! It can show diversity, how special a place is, and how creative the people who run it are. Not only this, but it can also shape the people who made it themselves. Critiquing a place helps make improvements, and the community, already shaped by the restaurant can shape it themselves. It is possible to change the way people think of a restaurant, make them like it more, and increase its popularity. By letting customers critique the food style, different styles can be taken away or implemented, and shape the restaurant more towards what I would want it to be - a place to eat while still relaxing some days, enjoying events some days, and simply just spending time with friends on other days.
