What is your motivation for applying?: I am applying because right now there is a lack of active teachers, I want to become a teacher and host classes regularly so that students can at least have another class to go to.

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that?
I would change the working habits of teachers, because when one teacher hosts a class it is only them even though there are other teachers online that could host a class, they leave students in the dark when it comes to school time so most students just decide to leave school and do something interesting.
KNOWLEDGE
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Teachers in-game in my opinion take there job to lightly, there are not many classes and when there are there are mainly one to two people teaching classes which leave a lot of students without something to do because most of the classes fill up quickly leaving students to ditch school. The average teacher's salary is 250,000. From my knowledge most teachers tend to give their students notebooks and tell them to write down the things that they teach, and when students act up most teachers warn the student and then result to warning them again but telling them that if they do it again then they will be sent to the principal. In the teachers spare time in the morning and after school they mainly roam around the town observing what everyone is doing and something heading to the stores.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server: Teachers are Important to SchoolRP because they make up the education system within Taketatsu High School, without them everyone would not go to school and start fights constantly to fill their boredom.

Trainee - Teachers in training are given this rank, they work to help in the working environment by assisting the teacher.
NQT - Teachers who are close to being fully qualified teachers are given this rank, they are able to host lessons as long as they have permission from the head of their department.
QTLS - Teachers who are fully qualified are given this rank, they are able to host lessons without permission from the head of their department.
HD - Teachers who control their department are given this role, they have power over NQTs and their lessons.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: The lesson planning system that the school works on is called for a must have /should have/could have system.

Michael has a strong build that he keeps by going to the gym and exercising along with eating right. Michael wears a white shirt with a blue tie and has black pants, he always wants to look professional so that he can set the example to the students. Michael believes in the students he teaches and students in general, he belives that they can all be successful in life if they just continue to do good in school. Michael loves working with others because it gives him a opportunity to learn how they do things so he can do better in the future. Michael’s plan for the future is to remain a teacher till he gets old and is forced to retire.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I would warn them to watch their language, but if they continue to swear I would notify the Principal or Vice Principal of their behavior.

BACKSTORY
Michael was born in Washington, California to a small family. At birth Michaels parents were having differences so growing up was hard because there was constant fighting between his parents. Michael was the youngest in the family apart from his brother and sister who had gone into there first and second year of high school so Michaels father always pushed him to do sports and study for reasons Michael could not understand. As Michael went into his 6th Grade year of Middle school his mother became ill and died of a disease not to long after being diagnosed. The death of Michaels mother heavily impacted him which caused his grasses to drop and his activity outside to cease. Michaels father still forced him to study and do sports but Michael felt less motivated to do that. Michael surprisingly passed his classes and attended Washington High school after his 8th grade year, his siblings had already graduated from high school and had moved out of the house to pursue there dreams. Michaels attitude began to return to normal and he began taking high school more seriously, and after four years Michael graduated from Washington High school as Senior Valedictorian of class 2005. Michael thanked his father for pushing him to success and soon after moved to Los Angeles and attended El Camino College studying there for two years to attain his Bachelors Degree and his Associates Degree in Business. After graduating college Michael applied to be a Business Professor at El Camino College, after a few months the College accepted his application and his teaching career at El Camino lasted 10 Years until he left the school and searched for a new College to teach at, his search finally ended when he found out that Taketatsu College was hiring and sent his application.
