Now this used to be an emoji reaction we could use at one point if my memory serves me right but it was removed and for valid reason. As Aania already mentioned, sadly the internet is filled with trolls and people wanting to target one another, the thumbs down reaction did more harm than it did any good.
And as Liz also mentioned (DarkEcliptic) personally I truly believe its better off that if you have nothing nice to say, unless someone is asking how they may improve something but you still need to say it nicely, don't say anything at all. There will be things not all of us will like, but it's also important to realize how sometimes saying it may hurt someone on the other side of the screen or conversation.
