Junior Varsity Sports

Here are some reasons on why JV should be added on SRP.

1. Separate JV and Varsity Players: Create two distinct roles or within the server - one for Junior Varsity (Purple) players and another for Varsity players (Green). This division ensures that less experienced or newer players can enjoy the game without being overwhelmed by more experienced ones.
   
   
   
2. JV Tryouts: Implement a tiered access system where players can join either the JV or Varsity. Depending on their skills or experience. You can set certain criteria for access to the Varsity, such as the number of hours played, achievements, or server-specific accomplishments.
   
   
   
3. Mentorship System: Encourage experienced players from the Varsity to become mentors for Junior Varsity players. This mentorship program can involve teaching, guiding, and assisting new players, helping them grow and become better at the game.
   
   
   
4. Skill-Based Progression: Implement a skill-based progression system that allows players to move from the JV to the Varsity as they gain more experience and expertise. This progression could be tied to achievements, in-game accomplishments, or even a certification system.
   
   
   
5. Events and Tournaments: Host regular events, competitions, and tournaments in both the JV and Varsity. These events can help players from both sides interact, learn from each other, and grow their skills. Additionally, these events can be an opportunity for players to showcase their talents and compete for rewards.
   
   
   
6. Outfits: Outfits for JV varsity players would have the alternate jerseys with colors of the team there on.
   
   
   HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT THE SERVER/COMMUNITY?:
   
   Having more players on teams. While having people come up and down from varsity level and junior level players. Having Junior Varsity players play in tournaments!

Most high school teams struggle for members as it is. This would just add more roles that wouldn't be filled

age of characters can be an issue if there are less characters. JV is junior varsity for a reason. i doubt anyone would age down just to join a team
