If that is the case, then +1. I understand that (Since I own one IRL) you just press a button and pretty much place it wherever you want; you don't have to hold it. This means you can easily just hide it in your inventory. It might be just me, but I find it a little redundant to add an item that already exists and just add the quality that only KPD and their associates can use.
