What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: Considering my love for roleplaying, I have been roleplaying for 4 years now. On the server, I have had the default rank of 18, Grade-12. Becoming a teacher would expand my ability to roleplay, making it more enjoyable, and putting me up for a challenge. It will encourage me to be active even more, and have fun doing so. It would be a great honour to be a role model for the students and the new roleplayers showing that it is good to Roleplay with no violence.

Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: Yes, I have been roleplaying for 3-4 years now.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: Classroom logs are the plans of the classes that need to be taught. This will let you organise classes and arrange things with your colleagues in a way which would be really simple for everyone to understand and follow.

You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: I would fill out the application forum, then patiently wait for the approval.

As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. Students will respect the Teachers and their fellow students.

2.You may not use a phone, unless told to by the teacher to research the tasks.

3. All the food must stay in the cafeteria. You are not allowed to eat during the classroom.

4. Do not use foul language.

5. Do not use illegal objects (Drugs, alcohol, etc.)

6. You need to remain seated at all times, unless provided to stand by a teacher.

7. If you need something, do not shout out. You must raise your hand.

8. You must always complete your homework and housework.

9. No Bullying during the lessons.

Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP): I have done most of the roleplaying experiences. I used to gangrp a lot however I have stopped recently. I currently do not gangrp and I also do a lot of 'passive' roleplaying at the moment and I am hoping to move into 'TeacherRP' by getting this role.

Describe the ranking system of teachers:

- HD: Head of Departments are the 'head of subjects' which gives them the role of guiding lessons and education. They will help design the lesson out for the NQT's and QTL'S and make sure they know everything they need to know before they teach their lesson.

- QTLS: Qualified Teachers Learning and Skills are able to teach the subject, approved by their Head of Department, along with this they do not need training like the NQT's.

- NQT: A Newly Qualified Teacher is someone that still needs a lot of guidance from the Head of Department, they also need permission from the Head of Department to teach a class.


Teacher Knowledge

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
As a teacher, you're meant to educate pupils/students and to teach them about the world. they also give them 'life advice' for their long future. The salary for teachers is usually 250,000 yen. Without teachers, a school wouldn't be a school, education won't be able to happen, therefore the student's will not be able to do their part in school which is receive the correct information for tests, which is how a student's learning is monitored. During the teachers spare time, they would normally mark tests, classwork or complete paperwork that is needed to be complete, this is so they can hand it back to the students in the following lesson. Along with that int heir spare time they would plan out the next lessons, and maybe even the following 2-3 lessons. They may also host a 'colleagues event' where they go out for a night at a restaurant to socialise with their fellow colleagues.

Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
The teacher rank is important to SchoolRP because without it there would be no 'SchoolRP', Schools need teachers, without teachers, there is no school. If there is no school, then there no School roleplay that will take place. It would then turn into an CityRP with young people running around and not getting the education they need.

What lesson planning system does the school work on?: The lesson planning system is called 'MoSCo' system which stands for:
Must Have, Should have, Could have.


Character Knowledge

Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does he look like? What makes him unique and different? What is his outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is his personality like? What is his plan for the future?

Damis is a young and slightly depressed male, he can show happiness however most of the time he would have a dull facial expression. He would have ocean blue eyes along with his natural chocolate-brown hair would compliment his sable skin tone. He would have a muscular build with most of his muscles being on his upper body.

The difference between Sora and others is the fact that he respects his surrounding, the people around him and he also doesn't do 'violence' like most people in the town of Karakura. He despises violence and has never been involved in a hostile situation. Even if people take it as far as disrespecting his family or mocking him about his dead sibling and mother, he still remained calm and just ignored the people saying things to him.

He is a mostly humble man who always puts students first. He would never put himself before a student, if there was a situation within the school grounds he would make sure that every student is safe, before making himself. He will also always make sure that the students get the best results and the best outcome when they enter school and leave school.

His personality is a very normal personality. He has a humorousness, serious and also calm personality. He is humorous around fellow employees and on certain occasions with students, but rarely. He is serious during his lessons, however he can let out a couple of laughs during the lesson to keep the students entertained within his lessons, he remains calm around stressful situations which would allow his colleagues to also help them work.

So, for his future he looks to have a long career with the school, maybe even moving into more, 'high up' rolls within his career, like an QTLS or even Head of Department, he would remain with the school getting better and better at his job, he would stick to his original motivation. Creating brighter and better futures for every student that enters the gates of Karakura's best highschool/college. He would remain with the best attendance and the best teaching results.







Scenarios

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I would ask them to stop, however if they didn't. I would give them verbal warnings, if they still decided to not respond to me, I would contact higher ups such as a Head of Department, Vice Principal or the Principal.

No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I would attempt to gain their attention, if they did not respond I would count the number of minutes it takes for them to be quiet. After I did this I would tell them what they did wrong with the minutes they proceeded to not listen to me in.

When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: He would act happy and kind with his fellow colleagues and would start a conversation about how their classes went. He wouldn't show off, act as if he is higher than everyone else, he will act maturely and respectfully towards the other teachers and would never seem '****y' as he knows that annoys people around him. He would ask teachers to help plan his next lessons by rereading them the lesson plan and taking feedback from the fellow colleagues.

/me as he walked down the isle, he would look over the students shoulders to see how much of the work they have completed.

Backstory
Sora Dimas was born on June 8th, 1993 in Córdoba, Spain. His mother was called Almeria Dimas and his Father was called Álvaro Dimas. They were both born in Spain however in different cities. His mother was born in the beautiful capital Madrid and his Father was born in Barcelona. They were a happy family with a 2nd child named Casilda Dimas. They lived happily in the city of Córdoba. The family would be a normal family however on the way to school there was a serious car crash that killed Sora's Mother and Sister. This would change the Dimas family's life forever. The Father then became a drug and alochol addict and this led Sora to flee and move to Karakura when he was just 10. He was alone in the streets of Karakura however flew to England to study Computer Science in 'Portsmouth University' which he got a degree in when he was 23. He came back to Karakura and was adopted by the 'Saiuka' family which would consist of a Father and 9 siblings. They treated him like their own sibling however he knew he wasn't. As time went on and on in Karakura, Sora began to look at job oppurtunities. He tried jobs in the stores around Karakura however got no luck. He gave up for a year turning 25 he decided to look again, once again no luck. He is 26 years old now and is applying for the 'ICT' computer role as he would like to continue his career in teaching as he wanted to when he started his University degree in Computer Science. He is now living happily with his family 'Saiuka' and is enjoying his life in Karakura however he has a 'bad moment' due to the remembrance of his Sister and Mother who died that day.
