WHAT YOU WANT TO SUGGEST OR MENTION:
I propose the introduction of an advertisement center or service, potentially located at the post office or the Karakura news station. Here, individuals could invest yen to promote a message to the wider Karakura City community. Each advert submission should undergo staff scrutiny, ensuring the rejection of any inappropriate or controversial content. To prevent spam, the service should only broadcast a fixed number of ads daily. Players could purchase or bid for specific time slots (e.g., Afternoon Slot, Evening Slot, Night Slot) dictating when their ads would air.

HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT THE SERVER/COMMUNITY?:
Offering advertisement capabilities can bolster engagement by allowing users to promote their services, products, or inform about forthcoming player-events. This setup could foster connections among players, alleviating the misuse of the OOC chat, preventing spam in the ICC chat, and curbing the scattering of flyers around the plaza.

This worked perfectly on another RP server. The yen price shouldn't be too high and instead of using fixed points of time for ads there should be individual cooldowns, in my opinion.

Hm, yes, multible cooldowns is certainly another option to consider, right!

Maybe do it similar to like, the spray plugin but with post locations. Maybe set up a NPC(Or maybe add this to Government) to give out an item for said sign posts to write their advert on. ofc staff can remove a sign post if its something too bad or unrealistic
