I usually play SRP for at least 18 hours all together in a week due to school days, for long weekends and breaks I have more time, so I get a lot more than 18 hours a week altogether.

No, I have a clean history and I hope to keep it that way as I am very up to date with all rules on the server currently.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A purple faction role that requires responsibility and activity so that you can feed kids ICly being that its Chef.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I am good at doing general rp, kid roleplay, cookrp, and I was taught how to do combat and gangrp but I don’t like those as I find them boring, and I like doing cook rp and general rp as my main roleplay perspectives.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I would like to join the School Employee faction as I would like to try a different perspective of gangrp other than what i'm currently rping on the server. I also like cooking roleplay so I was thinking it would be a good idea to be a chef in the school employee faction as I like to play SRP and generally, I'm pretty good at detailed cooking rp. I am also pretty active so being a active cooking roleplayer only means, active chef as I do like to rp in the school as well so I do believe the chef job is a good job for me and genuinely I think School Employee faction is a great job faction that would fit me in many ways which is another reason why I would like to join this faction.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Akio would ask kindly for the individual to calm down and state he is doing his best and to stay patient. Whilst the student curses him out for being pathetic, he would remain relaxed keeping a smile on his face as he would apologize and ask how he can fix the issue so they can no longer be angry.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Akio would quickly get in between the two students that would be seen fighting before gently asking them both to quit as someone could get hurt badly and he doesn’t want any of them to get detention giving them both a second chance to stop as he would say this with a calmed voice whilst collecting his thoughts before making his next move. (He would stay in between both the students that were in a fight, waiting for them both to depart separate ways before he went his own way as well.)
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Akio would take a second to ****yze this whole situation on what is currently happening and without little time wasted, he would quickly inhale and exhale remaining calm as he would inform the other school employee to calm down. Akio would then proceed to tell him what they are doing is against the school grounds rules and could cause a punishment and possibly a demotion as he would also say that he does not want to see that happen and he would recommend them to stop as he would be seen to keep a straight face not smiling but instead keeping a stern and serious look on his face as the school employee was doing something that was not right. The school employee’s actions could cause the students to act the same as the school employees are also the face of the school and anything we do the students could try and do which is why he was very serious when he told the employee to stop doing what he is doing as it was wrong.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Mr. T would be a very calm and collected male that would sit down with a coffee cup everywhere he went with a sharp smile on his face, asking all his colleagues how they are doing today before sitting down with a newspaper about different food ideas alongside a few ingredients and instructions on the side on how to make it. Mr. T would have eyeglasses on reading it. After he finished reading it, he would ask his colleagues if they needed help with anything and state that he is happy to help out with anything as he is free up until lunch when he has to start back up on work. Akio would always remain calm and collected while around his colleagues, students, break room, and most importantly school grounds. Akio keeps his character in check and makes sure he is always smiling while being very professional and follows school ground rules whilst helping his students and colleagues out.

/me Akio would place his hand on the handle of the pan, before using his other hand that would be the left hand to gently turn on the stove to the 6 degree heat point on the stove that would cause flames from the stove to go up slightly as it would be on heat would also be generated under the pot sitting there as Akio would be seen with a kitchen on his left hand that had just let go of the stove.
/me Akio would wash his hands in the sink before putting on some fresh clean cooking gloves that were hanging up above the stove. He would then turn around walking to the stove that would be seen on before head beganned to unwrap a few loaves of bread in a bag on the countertop right next to him, the individual would then proceed to start chopping the loaf of bread up in 4 sections before he tossed it straight into the pan heating it up.
/me He would be seen smiling as he grabbed the handle of the pan with his right hand before flipping the loaves of bread by lifting the pan upwards with a slight amount of force. Akio would be seen looking upwards at the loaves of bread flipping in midair falling downwards as he would giggle before setting the pan under the falling loaves catching it as he turned the stove off with his other hand, whilst setting the pan on top of the stove that would now be off as he would wait for the loaves of bread to cool down before setting it onto a few plates and handing it to the students with a big smile on his face.

Backstory
Akio Tenshi was born in 1992 in late August 5th where he would be in a family with 2 siblings, one sister and one brother. Akio was overall a calm individual and also very quiet which his parents were very worried as to what was wrong with Akio as they have never seen a kid like him so quiet who doesn't care to play with toys but instead takes time into reading books gaining education about food knowledge. Akio had also spent lots of time with his family, anytime they wanted to play games, cook, or any fun activities, he would put down the books and join them to whatever the activity was as he preferred family over school. When Akio was in elementary school his mom picked him up from school and everytime Akio came home he always asked his mom if he could help make dinner which she always said she's making Akio happy as he used ingredients and instructions, he found in the manual section of his culinary art book. Late 2020 Akio graduated from college with a Culinary Arts Academic Degree, Culinary Arts major degree and a reading education minors degree. Akio however was 28 alone as his parents passed away a while ago and his two other siblings are succeeding in life doing what they love doing which is when Akio decided to do what he loves, cooking. Akio had moved from Tokyo Japan to Karakura Japan where he found a school named Karakura High where he lived and he chose to study culinary arts outside of college as he already graduated out of college and he was free to do anything, so he tested a few recipes to see which are his strongholds. Early 2022 When Akio turned 30, he decided to make a pumpkin pie with some special ingredients that he used in an old recipe he made with his mom a while back. After finishing the pie, he went to the school and asked the front desk receptionist if he could speak to the principal as he made something for them. Akio is led to the principal’s office where he gives Aoi Akihito the principal a sample of the pie, they take it and eat it. Once Aoi Akihito took the piece of the pie and ate it, a big smile grew on her as she exclaimed that Akio should become a Chef for karakura high as their cooking is very good and meets chef standards. Without further wasting little to no time Akio accepts that request to become a Chef smiling big as day as he would say he would love to become a chef as he used to cook for his family as a kid. Akio had also shown all the degrees he obtained in college so that Aoi Akihito knew where exactly Akio stands in culinary arts when he makes food for students. He would then get the school schedule from Aoi before leaving school grounds to go home with a smile on his face to finally succeed in life as he is now able to do what he loves in life like his siblings, as he succeeded being a chef all his life.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
I really want to join the KHS staff team as I can finally be able to do what I love in life and that's being a chef. I also love to make food and get people's opinions on it as it could improve my food and make it better. I also love students and cooking for them would be like cooking to my family, which I truly miss. I also really want to return to school as I miss that environment, where I got all my education for being a chef, so I want to be a chef for a school which happens to be the town I moved to named Karakura. I really want to become successful in life like my siblings as they are successful by doing what they love to do in life so if I did the same, I could also be successful being I love culinary arts.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I believe that I should be accepted over the other applicants as I most likely am a better fit for the job as far as activity and personality. I have been cooking for years and years ever since my parents were around and let me cook family dinner, so I have most likely a lot more experience in the kitchen than the others. I have also provided Aoi with a nice sample of one of my recipes under the dessert category which was a pie and she tried it out. Aoi found the dessert I made for her to try “great” and offered me a job at KHS, which if the vice principal directly told me, it was good and offered me a job then that must mean I could be accepted over other applicants as Aoi may have only ever tasted my food compared to the other applicants who hasn't gave her a chance to try their food. When I met Aoi in person she had a chance to see how my personality is and how I act. That shows how I perform during the job, compared to the other applicants who may have not met or talked to Aoi in person like I have.
