Previous warns/kicks/bans:
The first incident that caused my ban was because of ERP. I was temporarily banned after that. I was new to roleplaying and did not know that my actions counted as ERP and therefore I was banned, but I won’t blame it on no one else but me. I take full responsibility of me being banned and now I have improved and will assure that I won't ERP again.
The second ban was happened because of me FailRP and metagaming. There were some misunderstanding that lead to me doing what I did but in the end it was all my fault and I learned from my mistakes. This caused me to being perm banned.
The last ban happened because I reached the warn limit. This was a 1 day ban, I feel pretty guilty about this ban because it was all my fault. I overreacted a bit I was reported and I was given a warning which was my last one.

Shop wanted: Shop 2
Why do you want to own a shop?: I would like to own this shop because I wanted to be shop owner for a while now, and now I see this great shop is unowned I want to take the chance and try to apply for it. As I have worked in this shop with @SecretSynthesis as Owner I really liked it and I know how that shop works. I would like to get the Ownership and hoping to be a good replacement for InGameNameFailed. I really liked to work at the shop and wanted to own it for a while. I hope this will get accepted as I have great plans for this shop and hope to give it a great future.
What do you plan to do with the shop?: I want to keep the design and name of the shop as I really enjoy the design. I also would like to hire the best people so they can serve the customers well, I want to make a connection between the Customers and Workers. I would like to restock often and save up much money, however I want the workers to get paid well, but also I want to trust them so they can give me money when a restock is needed. I hope to have a fully restocked store almost forever.
How will your shop be unique?: I want to have a connection between the Customers and Workers, I want to keep the inside and outside so the people are not confused. I want to keep the server fully restocked almost always, I hope to work at the shop myself and keep a good connection between the Owner and Workers aswell, I want to only hire the best people and I want them to trust me so I can trust them aswell. I will stop here because I feel like I am repeating myself

How many employees are you planning to have?:
1 Delivery - Because I learned from some shops that having a delivery member is usefull and he/she would take care that the shop is always in-stock.
6 Cashiers - This is because cashiers are really needed and I want them to work as long as they can
2 Manager's - 1 Worker Manager, for controlling and hiring members, and 1 Restock manager, to take care of the restocks.
4 Security - This will be a really important role, they are like the Police of Happy Pills I want them to be really active so they can take care of everything, the role will be 18+
1 CO-Owner - To take care of everything when I am gone.
I think this would be enough for this shop, when its not I always can hire more.
