If players want to commission a custom skin, they can find tailoring discords in the SRP #skin-tailoring channel. If you want to advertise to SRP players, you could easily do it there.
If you want to find commission work for minecraft skins, I recommend looking outside of RPH; there's a much larger market for custom skins than you'd expect, and it's not that hard to find it. What I personally do is go to reddit's r/minecraftskins, do free requests, then post them on PMC with "Request" in the title. Then I share screenshots of my skin in a few discords, and doing that is usually enough to get a few DMs throughout the platforms. I'd imagine setting up profiles on commission listing websites like fiverr or etsy would also help bring you commissions, assuming you have a large enough portfolio.
