Out-Of-Character Information
What is your Minecraft username?: alyssa_aly
Do you have Discord (If so, what is your discord username?): patheticgirlxoxo
What is your time zone?: BST/GMT
Describe your activity on the server: I am typically online for around 4-5 hours a day however it may vary depending on my schedule for that day. An example is if I have a short college day (and no shift for work), then I can 100% be on for that or longer. If I have a long college day, I'll likely be on for less.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?: Very much so, it is to be expected.
School Employee Role you are applying for?: Teacher
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A teacher is a member of the school employee team that primarily works with the younger students, from Grade-12 to Grade-7. They are tasked with, well, teaching them. Teachers can decide to teach whenever they want, however they are given a quota for it of course. They host classes at certain periods for students to attend, they can assign homework and mark them dependent on the student, give out stickers which can be exchanged for rewards if the student has done well, assist those who struggle, etcetera. Teachers are the primary body of a school and are expected to be fully mature and professional, always helping where they can. Without them, a school would suffer major economic losses, even if they were to be replaced by a different role/function.
Although they are also expected to be kind to students, they still have to "crack down" on some of them depending on how they behave. An example is a student who is being unnecessarily rude to other students or going as far to assault them, however that'd also need to be escalated into a police matter afterwards. They would obviously have to hand out negatives such as warnings, detentions or even push for suspensions if the student is being very very anti-social.
To put it short, teachers solve the big problem for any school.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
Not much necessarily inside of Minecraft, however I am still fairly decent at the genre. My only experience is in games such as Roblox or extremely small Minecraft servers, this is my first large roleplay server.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I would love to join the School Employee faction as I have been doing a lot of looking into it recently and I simply believe that it would be an incredibly fun experience. To be on the other end of the stick, the one who cracks down on those who misbehave. It seems very appealing and I would love to experience it, and also the fact that it'd be helping out those who want to see what it's like too. I often don't see many teachers hosting classes even though there's many of them on, often a full day goes with 0 classes. I want to fill one of those gaps or maybe even all of them if I have the time, aiming to improve the experience for newcomers and add a positive spin to the atmosphere, as some of the teachers are fairly 'lifeless' in some's eyes. I want to be the teacher that NOONE hates, as she rarely has to be truly strict.

Situations
/*Do not mention use of FearRP*/
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Alyssa would immediately straighten her back and stare at the student, subtly hoping that the student backs down and walks away. She would then begin to speak, telling the student that is awfully rude and if they are to continue then they WILL be handed a detention slip, and that is their only warning. Provided the student walks away, no further action is taken other than remembering to not give them a warning if it ever happens again. However if they do not walk away, they get a detention slip and that is then out of her hands. She would sigh as she walks away, muttering something about "When will kids learn that it's not worth it.."
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Alyssa would not attempt to stop it physically but rather verbally, threatening suspension or worse. If this does not work, she would instead try to find anyone who would be able to actually get in the way of it and stop the fight as she would be way too weak to stop it and only end up injured herself. If she can not do so, she would force herself to try and stop it knowing full well she'll get injured, not before making sure that there is reasonable cause to actually physically get involved, even though there very obviously is, as she is a very cautious woman.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Alyssa would make sure to subtly make sure she has evidence before doing ANYTHING. Once she has it, she would approach the employee and ask them what on earth they are doing. She would explain how it is incredibly unprofessional and dangerous and to stop before someone gets hurt and the reputation of the school is tarnished if any student even thinks about recording it, had it not already been done. If the employee does not stop, she would simply walk away after three attempts to get them to stop. Alyssa would then make her way to the deputy-principal's office, or the principal's if it is very dangerous, informing them of the situation. She would provide evidence and leave it in their hands, unless told otherwise.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
When in the break room, Alyssa would be fairly chilled out however also fairly silent. While she is very good at getting on with her colleagues, she prefers to leave people alone in the break room, as she and everyone else inside the room are there for break, not chit-chat. If someone invites her into a conversation/starts talking to her however, she will engage in conversation. She is very kind and will often offer to make anyone in there coffee/tea if she is doing so (which will almost be every time she's in there!)
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
HISTORY CLASS SETTING
/me would clear her throat and stand up from her chair behind her desk, making her way to the front of the room before speaking. "Good morning/afternoon, class!" I hope you've all had a good time so far today, and that nothing wrong has happened." She would beam at the class, painfully aware of the fact that no one wants to actually be there, however do her best to boost the atmosphere. "Now.. Anyone want to take a gamble at what we're learning? There's a reward on the line!" Alyssa would wait for anyone to raise their hand, very clearly holding a fresh, red apple in her hand. "C'monn..! Anyone? Someone's gotta want the apple."
BREAK ROOM SETTING
/me would walk into the break room during lunch, walking up to the kettle, looking around for anyone. Upon noticing a few people in the room, she would speak up when no conversations were being held. "Anyone want a brew?" Alyssa would state, in her most stereotypical British accent she could, almost mockingly. She would obviously hide the accent most of the time but let it slip every once in a while. She would wait for anyone to reply whilst pouring the water in.
HALLWAY SETTING
/me would be stood next to the receptionist window at a crisp 8 AM, watching over students nearby all-the-while making small-talk with her colleagues or any students who wish to talk to her. She would be visibly tired and therefore has a can of coffee in her hand, which she had got from the vending machine moments ago, occasionally sipping from it. "Mornin' [NAME]! How's your morning been so far?" She'd smile, waiting for a response. Alyssa wouldn't expect much given the fact not a single soul is actually awake, but oh well.

Full Name (First & Last only): Alyssa Everhart
Title (Mr, Mrs, Miss): Miss
Preferred Name: Alyssa or Aly
Age (Minimum is 25): 27
Gender: Female
Academic Degree: Bachelors degree. I was fairly close to getting a masters, however had to leave before I could get it due to personal issues.
Major(s): Mathematics, History
Minors: English Language
Nationality: British
Known Languages: Japanese, English, and slight amounts of Spanish.
Backstory
Alyssa Everhart is a British woman who was born in England and lived there for approximately four months. However, she swiftly moved to Japan following her parents' new jobs in the country, specifically in a rural town. The two of them split around four years into their life in Japan and both tragically died of Tuberculosis shortly after her 16th birthday which unfortunately made her feel worthless for a time, however, like all things, she eventually got over it, as she always says “Time heals all wounds”. She landed herself a job in a local restaurant known as “Shimmi Shango’s Pizza Shack” (Made-up) as a waitress a couple weeks after their deaths, which she despised but it paid for her rent and food, along with a bit of extra cash to put aside. She also noticed that there were zero waiters, and no waitresses above the age of 25. That creeped her out. She stayed in this job for a single year before moving to Karakura at 17, joining the school and getting another job, also as a waitress. She then chose to apply to become a teacher seven whole years later. While waiting for a reply to the job, she applied for many other positions, even jobs she knew she’d be rubbish in, such as the KPD. Obviously she got denied from this, as she had zero experience and even had a relative in jail, who would be a risk for her. She eventually landed a temporary job as a cashier in a convenience store, however she did not like that very much. Still an improvement in her eyes though! Since then, she’s been waiting for the application to be responded to, all-the-while hoping that the response doesn’t take too long, as she can get impatient over long periods of time. That doesn’t keep her anxious though, the chances that it can be denied does.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
My motivation for joining the Karakura High School was how big it looked! I'm one for aesthetically pleasing places.. But when they're ALSO big? Count me in!! Obviously there's other forms of motivation in there, such as how teachers spoke to me whenever I met them in public, describing their job, all that jazz. Overall though I just find it really really appealing and would LOVE to help out! I don't really have much to say on this sadly, but I'm really hoping it's enough!
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
Umm.. I'm not too sure honestly! I think everyone deserves an equal chance. I believe that I would be a much better fit than some though as a lot of people only apply for the job PURELY for money, and that's not me!! Since I was young I've always found kids really nice, and I wanna experience what it's like to work with them! I'd be a lot kinder than the people also applying as some of them will also be stupidly strict and not let the children have any fun. Strictness is a policy all teachers should have but it's always different, either basically none-existent or constantly there. It's not cool!
I've also heard some students complaining about no classes being held at all on some days which can really tank their grades! I don't want that to happen with the other applicants! It's not nice nor fair! I'll actually host classes on the daily, unless I am physically told otherwise! I can be the teacher everyone likes, whereas the other applicants cannot.

Do you have any questions?: Nope! Thank you for taking the time to read my application^^
