WHAT YOU NEED TO SUGGEST OR MENTION: Perhaps there could be another forum on the XenForo engine that could be taken ICly as a Karakura network of sorts, and ICly it could be run by people such as the Dean, or the Mayor. I'm not going to get invested in the lore, but I would really like to see an IC forum where people could post their IC thoughts and words without posting them on this forum, and overall it could work up overtime with moderators of the forum (basically staff now) being able to review it for both IC reasons and OOC reasons, such as if someone trolls on it.
