Describe your activity on the server:
Before I took a break due to exams, I was active at least 6 to 8 hours per day or even more depending on my studies. Now that I am finally done with my studies I have all day free and I play longer. For the past 2 weeks I've been logging on and catching up with all of my friends here and it has been a blast. Before I left I was the leader of a medium-sized family and I was working as a teacher in the school for about 4-6 months. It was near the end of those 6 months that I had to take a small break to focus on my exams. Before I became a teacher I was a lunchtime monitor for around 3 months before the role was removed and I had to choose between quitting the job entirely or choosing another job in the school faculty and I chose office secretary and it was where I remained for another 3-4 months.

What is your motivation for applying?:
I always liked the idea of joining the KPD in general. Originally I felt like that it would be a great Roleplay experience, moreover I had also heard great things about it from a friend that currently is in the KPD, not only as a roleplay environment but also as an experience, thus confirming my hunch and intriguing me even further to join and try it out for myself.
Do you understand Japanese Laws and Basic Conduct?
I do.
What are the Police ranks?
Commissioner
Police Lieutenant
Head Lieutenant
Vice-Head Lieutenant
Police Detective
Detective Superintendent
Detective Chief Inspector
Detective Inspector
Detective Constable
Police Sergeant
Police Corporal
Patrol Officer
Police Cadet
What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
Due to my lack of experience in this field of expertise, I do not know much, however, here is a sum of my knowledge regarding Police work:
The department's first and most important duty is to maintain the peace in the town of Karakura, of course, is much easier said than done, but they manage to a really good extend. This includes making sure that all laws are followed, stopping fights in the streets, muggings, and robberies or other illegal acts such as distribution of illegal weaponry and other equipment by certain organizations, underaged drinking/smoking, and in more serious cases, take down entire organizations through long investigations followed by raids fully conducted by the department. In other extreme cases, officers are assigned as escorts to witnesses and other important figures to act as bodyguards. Last but certainly not least, there is the paperwork. It may sound boring to a few, however, it is extremely important to keep everything organized.
Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
As it is said on the official lore of the server, karakura was and still is to a good extend, a town of crime. In order to keep the town as peaceful as possible, it is required that there are a few powerful authority figures. Thus the KPD is there in order to maintain the peace, make sure people obey all the laws, and in general keep people safe.
Do you acknowledge that you're subject to being demoted if accepted at any given time?
Of course, if I am ever deemed not suitable for the job for any reason or for any other reason.
Do you acknowledge that applying for this role, you are agreeing to be 100% dedicated to the Police Officer role?
I do, much as I did in my time as a teacher, I will dedicate the time it needs and even more if need be.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are authorised to attend or you will be punished [Demoted]?
I fully acknowledge that, since I need to be active in trainings so I can require experience and get a feel about what will be waiting for me when I am on the actual job
Do you acknowledge that you’re subject to IC harassment, and you are NOT to take things OOCly when dealing with training & situations?
I do, it is very important to keep OOCly things separated from ICly matters and vice-versa.

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Tell us about your character, how they look, what makes them unique?
Noboru Deoka is a relatively tall male with a muscular built, standing at 6'3 with rather short black hair and blue eyes. His skin tone would be a little pale, but not too much as to be really noticeable. His voice would be quite deep and he would always have an almost blank yet serious facial expression. As his facial expression suggests, he is a man of few smiles, unless he is off duty. However, that doesn't mean he is a man of few words, as he tends to blabber about a topic, whether it is of interest to him or not. When presented with a conversation, it does not matter if it is the simplest question for example, what is his favorite type of coffee or something more serious, like what he thinks about a new country leader, he will begin an in-depth, talking about it with multiple facts as he tries to prove his point. All the above of course, if the circumstances allow it, for example when there is not much work to do or when he is on a break. Furthermore, he can be very persistent about a situation, so much actually that he can spend all day doing something if he set his mind on doing it, as tiring as it may be following his mother's life advice to keep pushing forward.
What they're like on and off the job?
On Duty
While on the job Noboru is relatively quiet, that is if everything is going how it should, for example when the town is quiet, no laws are violated, or when there is little to no work to do. He interacts politely with his co-works and tries to create bonds in his rather unique way. While most people treat you with a smile or a compliment, he is the definition of honesty. He was previously called brutally honest by his friends and family due to his boldness about facts. Of course, he does not intend to harm anyone mentally. He just believes that being as honest as possible is the best way to create a stationary bond with his co-workers without it interfering with their work. In a patrol would walk steadily with a quick pace, thoroughly inspecting his surroundings as he goes, looking for any "imperfections" as he calls them. Another one of his quirks, he is not exactly a perfectionist, but he is the closest thing you can get to being one without being a maniac. Having grown up as the oldest brother of the family and having the responsibility of taking care of his siblings, he is very serious and you will almost never see a smile on his face, although that doesn't mean he does not have a sense of humor
Off Duty
When he is off duty, not many changes, apart from a single trait, his humor. While he rarely smiles anywhere else, when he gets home, you can not get him to stop smiling and laughing as he plays with his children and his niece. If he has some free time after work and being a father, he might go outside for a nice walk or in a few more rare cases, go for a swim with some of his friends.
Outlook on their co-workers? Plans for the future?
Noboru believes that every one of his co-workers is equal to him, at least the ones who are at the same ranking as him. He greatly admires the ones with higher ranks than him due to the fact that they have achieved greater deeds than him, thus they are to be respected even further. However that doesn't mean that he looks down on people with a lower rank than him, quite the opposite actually. He is always on the lookout for rookies who need guidance or just some advice.
Looking forward into the future, Noboru only wishes to follow his aspiration and prove himself in the department, trying to climb through the ranks while helping people. Regarding his personal life, he is satisfied with how things are with his family, friends, and of course, his long-awaited hobby, photography.
BACKSTORY
Noboru was born in Karakura Japan in the Deoka family, a middle-class family consisted of just a mother and a father at the time. As the years went by and he got bigger, his mother and father brought to life two siblings to keep him company, Sakura and Todo. Even in the earliest of years, it was clear that he would have to obtain and maintain the status of a worthy big brother since his siblings have also shown signs of high IQ. Cause of that and some pressure from his mother he was already scoring high in Junior high school. As the years passed he began developing a passion for photography, something that till this day, he holds really dearly, however at the time he knew that he would get punished for spending time taking pictures instead of studying but that did not stop him from taking a little time off to do what he enjoyed. As the years passed and he was close to graduation, his mother found out about his hobby and her reaction was almost exactly what he had guessed. In a storm of rage, she took his camera and broke it without a thought, telling him that the world is an unfair place. At last, Noboru was crushed and he gave up photography for a long time as he continued his studies further. What his mother told him however stuck to him for a long time as he thought to himself, what if he could do something about this "unfair world" he lived in and that was when he decided what path he would follow. At first, his parents were shocked about his decision as they knew that such a profession would far too risky for their son. After a long time of convincing, however, they agreed to him continuing to study law enforcement and follow his new dream.
