WHAT YOU NEED TO SUGGEST OR MENTION: Alright, my feedback is this: animals should be allowed to apply for langagues. They should be able to get it but not speak it, unless they are a bird and learn it. However, if their human teaches them a few words in a different language, I do believe it would be intesting for animals to understand different langagues.

make it so birds can't fly as fast as fucking cars.

Excatly, if this is accepted there should be rules about it like

-your animal character cannot speak the language, only understand it.
