What is your motivation for applying?: My motivation for applying is trying a new thing like teaching. I think it would be something I can handle and it will give me something to do.

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that? I would change how strict the teachers are, and I would like to change the ways of teaching a little and make them fun in GYM.

Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general. Teachers are a important role in our society, they give us the able to learn. If we didn't have them then we would all be pretty dumb. Teachers get paid this estimated salary of about 250,000¥. They should serve as role models for kids and a way to get education.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server: Teachers make up a school, without teachers there would be no school to SchoolRP.

Trainee - A trainee is a person undergoing training for a particular job such as teaching.
NQT - A NQT is a newly qualified teacher who have gained the Qualified Teaching Status.
QTLS - Once you are in this position, you do not need the head department’s permission to teach classes. You should still inform other teachers that you will be teaching a class.
HD - This is the highest ranking position. It’s not very easy to gain this role. They manage classrooms and lessons.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: Talk about the main topic of a lesson, then plan out the lesson, and then proceed to give students a recap on what has been done.

Bruce has a straight posture, always standing tall and straight. He’s not very strict, but he can get strict when people don’t listen or bully others. Bruce likes to joke around but he takes his job very seriously. He thinks all of his students are unique and can do something important with their lives. His future plan is to get a job as a gym teacher.
SCENARIOS
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I would warn them to stop, and if they continued I would tell the principal so he could take care of it, but if it gets out of hand then I would call the police and have them take care of it.

BACKSTORY
In the year 1995, Bruce was born in a hospital in Buffalo, New York. He later found out that he had a love for sports, his favorite sports were basketball and football. He joined the basketball team when he was 7. He couldn’t keep playing basketball because of his family's poverty. He had a struggle getting new clothes and new books for school so he got bullied for it. Bruce was a teacher's pet, especially the Gym teacher’s. His Gym teacher inspired him for a future job. Bruce didn’t have too many friends in high school, he was more of a loner. His dad was driving home on a late Thursday, he never made it home because of a car accident. Bruce’s dad passed away a week later. His mom kept staying out late with other guys, Bruce’s mom brought a stranger into the home and he stayed with Bruce and his mother. Bruce hated being in a room with him alone because the man would abuse him. Bruce always wore hoodies and long pants because he was left with bruises all over his body. This influenced him to join a gang, Bruce start working out and he felt that this gang was more of a family than his own family at home. Bruce didn’t like the criminal activity in the gang and they tried to force him to murder an innocent man when he said he wanted to leave. He then fled to Tokyo, Japan to start a new life. After a few years of college, he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree. Bruce had a small job while in college to pay for groceries. He remembered his gym teacher in high school and applied to become a gym teacher at a high school called Taketatsu High School.
