Apartment Editmode Inventory Glitch

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I was in apartment editmode during the server restart/rollback. When I logged back in, I was no longer in editmode, but I still had my editmode inventory instead of my real one. This screenshot was taken yesterday, but it is the best screenshot I have at the moment.
