WHAT YOU NEED TO SUGGEST OR MENTION: I believe people should be allowed to get rid of their apartments somehow, like if they have 24 days left for example and they don't use said apartment have a command or way to get rid of it. This would also allow for selling of apartments by disowning it and taking payment from people. Possibly another command of sorts to transfer ownership of an apartment also.
