Apartment Still Glitching

ISSUE: My friend bought an apartment for us to live in and we realized that it was super glitched. When we attempt to place blocks in certain spots it doesn't allow us to, saying "You cannot place that block there". There are multiple spots that range from inside the apartment to the balcony. I made a forum the other day about this and some of the glitch spots got fixed, but there are still a bunch more.
