WHAT YOU WANT TO SUGGEST OR MENTION: 'Apartment Admins'
Let's say Person A and Person B worked together to buy an apartment or house and Person A buys it, and then Person A is automatically an 'Apartment Admin' and Person A can add Person B to 'Apartment Admins'.
Apartment Admins get the commands a regular apartment owner gets like:
/apartment members
/apartment editmode
/apartment add | remove
And lets say Person A and B have a mutual friend Person C and they want to add Person C to their apartment, but because Person A bought it, only they can add Person C.
But if Person B is an 'Apartment Admin' they can add Person C to the apartment without Person A needing to do it

HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT THE SERVER/COMMUNITY?:
I think it may help by getting rid of the hassle of messaging your friend who owns the apartment / house to add someone as you can just do it yourself. And if the apartment / owner's house is offline and currently not able to, an Apartment Admin can add them to the house​

Thank you for your feedback. After discussing this with the staff team, we've decided to accept this.

- I've added this to our trello for the next Apartment system update​

* The final version will only allow Apartment Admins to add and remove members (only the owner will be able to add additional editors for safety)
