WHAT YOU WANT TO SUGGEST OR MENTION: Allow players to go in unowned apartments
HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT THE SERVER/COMMUNITY?: This will allow players to go inside and see what the apartment looks like, how big it is, etc. before buying it.

I don't see why not. To make this easy, they could just lift the restrictions on interactions with blocks (such as doors, containers, etc) for properties that aren't owned, basically allowing full access for anyone until it is officially purchased. That way, players could freely move throughout previously occupied properties that still have builds (which could contain doors they wouldn't be able to open otherwise).

It's nice to know what you're buying before spending your yen on it because once you do, it's nonrefundable if you're satisfied or not.
