apartment was disowned without my knowledge (after I bought it 1-2 days prior.)

so, in apartment block L, 10th floor, apartment 1006. I bought this apartment 1 or 2 days ago and now suddenly its disowned and has someone else living in it?? So I thought maybe it was the wrong apartment so I checked floors 7-11 multiple times and I dont see it anywhere. So then when i check the property keys commands, its showing I have no apartments, so I go to buy a new one but when I do, it shows I cant buy it because I already had an apartment and its not like I had an apartment somewhere else as I moved out of that apartment for myself in complex H. Proof Below.


If I cant get my refund for my lost items I had the apartment (2 extra phones for my characters + important things for my students and items that hold significant value memories of my time here on SRP) + my lost 50k, idk what to say. Please help.
