For apartments there should be a website link leading to a place showing all taken and open apartments just like how it is in real life :3
and the signs at the bottom floor 0 show say which room is taken or not x3
just like in real life basically
And also to have to pay only at max 30 days each month irl time and at like a 5 or 10 day mark they have a chance to pay again for having it for another month so for anybody who wants an apartment can have one if they don't keep up their payments x3
And for if a person is offline on SRP for those 30 days then they aren't a very active player and they don't need to have an apartment
and for apartments that don't have 50+ blocks should be removed after 5 or 10 days and the person gets a refund...
