In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
A 11/7 Employees role is to ensure all purchases of incoming customers, or often doing as told whether it is work related or customer related. The role of a 11/7 employee is to accurately sell to a customer or have interest in working hard.
Do you have any past experience in this type of role-play?: I have had experiences as to this in real life circumstances, acting classes. And many different individual roleplaying servers whether I apply for it or not.
What experience, in general, do you have in role-play?: If I am being honest I have been on and off, but a nearly accurate recording of how long I have experienced role-play it would be 3 to 4 years.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: Having the job of an 11/7 assistant or employee contains helping people identify if they are sure they have the right product in mind, stopping them from getting the wrong thing and supervising all un-accurate role-play activity which should result in punishment or unrealism, not by me but the rankings above me.
[Situations]
During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I would start with telling her/him to calm down or speak politely, if he/she were to continue I would insist that I would report her/him to a higher staff member if he/she continues. And if further behaviour is relevant I will get the owner of the store or the highest chief in command to deal with them.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I would take the information very seriously, I would make sure I knew what I was doing and that nobody around me would be affected by my actions or the actions of the task.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would confront the employee to start with, if they continued I would take matters into my own hands by asking students or any other customer to move from the agitated employee. If the employee were to continue I would remark several times that if they do not stop I will report them, and once they have gone too far or if I were to understand they were going to lead themselves down a darker path I would eventually report them to the highest member or supervisor of the store.

Motivation for Joining YHS: I have always wanted a contribution to something I liked to make others feel at home, I have been supportive and helped many people over the past few years out of the thrill of making somebody happier.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicant?: I have always done things for my benefit and everyone else's and think I try very hard to get things done, and I have a huge interest in technology so I would learn the techniques and use the buttons on my keyboard to successfully help customers.
