What is your Minecraft username?:
Shmellvin
Alt: PotatoPuncher123
Do you have Discord (If so, what is your discord username?):
Yes, my discord is dat1elitedude#6752
How old are you? (Optional):
N/A
What is your time zone?:
My timezone is CST
Describe your activity on the server:
On my main account, I spend most of my time engaging in the Bobcats Basketball team or hanging with my friends. This results in a fair amount of free time where I stroll around the map of Karakura rather than spending my time accordingly toward roleplays. That being said, I decided on lunging toward the opportunity of joining the school employee board where I can experience the main purpose of SRP. On a daily basis, I play 4 hours minimum. That can interfere with a summer job I have taken, but that's only 4 hours for 3 days a week.
Have you ever been banned (If yes, when and why?):
N/A
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
Yes
School Employee Role you are applying for?:
I’m applying to become a tutor
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
In general tutors can be both a student and adult coalition and they are there to help advance the academic ability of someone younger or of an individual who hasn't reached the exact grade level standards. In the sense of applying as a school employee tutor my character would be the adult teaching the student players of SRP. To be a tutor one would have to be willing to teach a student in a group or private setting on a subject that they are struggling in or working towards by helping them learn better. Another qualification would be assisting teachers in classes and lessons by answering students questions and helping in certain activities when in need. Tutors along with the rest of the school board should be role models that help the pupils of Karakura high and community college that can also strengthen their personalities, shaping them into good people.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have been on SRP for near 7 months and have RP'd a lot on my high school basketball character in many different scenarios that can apply to tutoring like scolding someone for breaking rules, teaching tons of people basketball stuff which I can use that experience to teach people school things, I've been to a numerous amount of classes so I know what the general class should look like and what I can help out with.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
My character would go towards the person name-calling them then asking them to stop using inappropriate words and to speak in a closed setting. He would then bring the student to a private room where he would ask the student why he was saying these things and why he was angry. My character would attempt to help them out in a calm manner and make sure they are emotionally steady and ready to continue the school day without causing any more issues. If the student would continue to be aggressive and noncompliant to calming down then my character would go on to give him detention which may lead to the Principal's/Vp’s office.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
My character would go over to the two students, yanking them away from one another and tell them both to stop immediately. My character would then ask them what is happening and try to settle the conflict between the two students. If the two students are loud and using inappropriate language, then my character would bring them to a private area and ask them to lower their voice and explain the situation. If they can't keep calm and even attempt to continue to fight then my character would quickly give them detention and bring them down to the nurse if there are any injuries.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
My character would approach them and ask them to please refrain from doing what they're doing no matter how dangerous the situation is because my character is a more brave older man who is not afraid of conflict and most danger. I would inform them that what they are doing is wrong and that they should immediately stop. If my character knows them fairly well he would try to talk it out with them and make sure everything is alright. If the employee in question would be acting aggressive, dangerous, or in any way appears to pose a threat I would inform a higher up of their behavior.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
My character is an older gentleman that is pretty grumpy and tired most of the time due to overworking himself on different things so he would most likely make himself a coffee and probably make himself a bagel with cream cheese or something to snack on during break. He would politely chat with other employees if there are any available and sort out any plans or schedule stuff that needs to be looked over to steadily plan out the rest of his day.
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
/me &b fidgeting with a pen on his left, (students name)'s paper would be in his right hand. His eyes would be squinting as he'd scan the paper down, tracing for what might be an imperfection on an answer to his written worksheet. &f"Ah, right here." &b his eyes would become less tense, as an eyebrow would raise as he'd turn the paper back toward (students name). &f"This... question 3." &b he'd use the pen to point out the flaw.
/me &b he'd put his mug down shaking his head, although rather enjoying it as (students name) was scribbling down answers to a word problem &f"Nu-uh-uh, no, not like that." &b he'd turn the paper to face him as he'd open his hand, gesturing for (students name)'s pencil to be forwarded to him. &f"Watch closely. Like this..."
/me &b he'd walk around the table of his students, rather slowly and sometimes pausing to take a peak at a students work so far. &f"Good work guys... good to see you're focused. It's nice to be attentive." &b leaning away, he'd head to the front of the table with his hands clasped, still standing tall &f"Alright, I'll leave y'all on a good note. Thus meaning the end of this playdate, ski'daddle!"

Backstory
Born into a both Spanish and Danish household, Evander Dante Kvist was raised multilingual in Copenhagen, Denmark- better yet, as an only child. This meant his parents were very affectionate of him, although they were not classified as a married couple. Even so, Evander had a pretty laid back childhood. At age 16, His parents mutually agreed for his mother to move to Spain, while he and his father stayed in Copenhagen. What he thought was a disaster wasn’t half as bad as Evander was able to visit his mother every summer since. As he progressed in years, college was right around the corner. Age 18, he attended the University of Copenhagen, majoring in Education and having minors in communications and psychology. During those years, Evander stumbled across American foreign exchange students- in the future, teaching him basketball. That sport wasn’t so popular in Copenhagen, or Denmark for that matter, so he had grown familiar with it, excelling in both his education and sports life. Playing at local sports clubs, Evander was rising, becoming a well-known basketballer in Copenhagen. Making a decision to continue his life after college, he flew to the bustling city, Tokyo, Japan. With his education major, Evander got a job as a teacher to teach young kids the English language; he learned it himself through a class he took in college. That job lasted till he was 30, at that point in his life, Evander was ready to move to a smaller town, Karakura, Japan. With his degrees, he got a local job as a juvenile corrections officer. During this time, he was qualified to become a Japanese citizen, but since Japan doesn’t allow dual-citizenship, he let go of his birthplace citizenship to become a fully flegged Japanese citizen. The career he decided to pursue as a corrections officer made him come to the realization of how young kids could very easily throw their lives away. It saddened Evander, yet on the bright side made him want to go back into education in a school system. When the opening to become a tutor was an option, he hopped right on board,
Motivation for Joining KHS:
My previous profession was as a juvenile corrections officer, where I observed the behaviour of the youth and realized how important education is. It’s a key feature to adolescents' development and should not be thrown away so easily, especially by crime or other vile acts. Wanting to step up and enrich the next generation better, I wanted to become a part of a school facility in my local area to express to the community and bring awareness to the fact that these kids will be the next leaders of the world, done rightfully so.

Do you have any previous experience working in a school environment? If so, please elaborate (If not, respond with "N/A"):
Yes, stated in the answer above, I was a juvenile corrections officer. My time with the job made me keep close eyes on relatively teenagers- specifically ones with a criminal history. It showed me just how easily young kids could be persuaded into bad deeds and ever so easily have it ruin their future, essentially career options.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I find myself as a devoted person of education and think every child deserves the same opportunity. Being enlisted as a school employee, a tutor, will help me embrace and hopefully inspire the youth- resulting in a good person making good decisions.
