Why do you want to own a shop?:
I see this shop being abused by most owners. It's abused in mostly two ways, either by means of being never opened or never being completely stocked on popular items. This makes the business go completely down the drain. The Owners aren't any better either themselves as I notice a lot of owners who don't know what they're doing. I want to own a shop because I feel as if my experience would make a good, well working, and a functional environment outside of a store. This store has been abused out of most of them, to be honest. I feel as if it hasn't really had a "good" owner. I wanna show that there is such a thing as a functional 11/7.
What do you plan to do with the shop?:
I plan to use it as it's intended and give people the services and products that they want and need to continue living a normal life. I plan to make the store more functional and more successful than it already has been. As I stated before, I see this store being abused in many different ways and I feel as if it wasn't really given a good run. I want to really give it a good run and show the store how it is to be properly used as its intended.
How will your shop be unique?:
Due to my experience, I know when the best time to open it and I also know how to budget my money to continue keeping it stocked. My store will be unique in the fact that I will make sure that it is always stocked with items and that it will open more often than it did before. It won't be abused like it has been in the past by the other shop owners. Besides it being 11/7 and that by itself is a little unique. It would be my experience that would make the most difference out of most of the other stores. The store is reflected by the owner and the owner is what makes a store. My other two shops have been successful and I feel as if I can do the same to this store.
How many employees are you planning to have?:
The most I'll have is 10. due to it being a small store, yes it is popular, but we aren't going to need that many people if you know what you're doing. I'm going to be very picky about who I choose due to owning two shops. I've learned that you gotta be careful as people will steal things from the chest and sell them for themselves. I am going to make it a little bit more strict when running the place and I'm probably going to distinguish my workers into teams that way there's a bit more organization within the workers and within the store.

Where do I see myself in a year as an owner:
I see myself very successful and having a very tight and well-worked schedule. I see myself being very happy with my shop and the same goes for my employees. I feel as if in a year I would've made well over a million in profit and I wouldn't need to worry about stocking as it would already be covered. I feel as if I wouldn't need to worry too much about expenses as the profit that I would've made within a year would surely be enough to cover anything that comes our way. I also feel as, within a year, the view that the 11/7 owners are terrible would change as I would have turned the shop into a functional and nice store.

I see, by the way, I hire, my employees being somewhat the same people as they were when I started. I'm not talking about changing, I'm talking as the people who are hired wisely. I would like to gain a lot of trust among my employees and almost make use close as family.

I want my employees to also be making a profit and be happy with the jobs they have. Of course, some would be promoted and some would end up leaving but that's what happens when you have a store. I want my employees to end up the same as me after a year.
What would I change about the store itself:
Personally one of the main things I'd edit upon reciveing the store is the storage system (AKA The Chests). I believe the most effcient way to manage this store and keep a constant flow heading out is by having all of the stock in one singular room, all marked and labled for my employees to use.

Upon hearing about the upcoming Vehcile plugin I'll be managing these pumps alot more frequently, allowing players to get a more realisitc feel when it comes to owning a car. This doesn't mean i'll have employees dedicated to filling vehicles, but there'll be recipts that they can bring in and pay for the fuel. If any customer fails to pay their vehicle is to be caught ICly on CCTV cameras, which will then be fowararded onto the Police.

'Janitors' will not be needed, as I personally believe they're just a complete waste of money. The money that would be given to them could be instead used to improve the store or even add up to the next re-stock.
