Why Do I Wanna Own a Shop: My number one reason for owning a shop is because of the challenge. I believe that it will be hard to start up my business, but that makes it more fun. It also makes me have a goal to work towards. Another reason is because i feel like i will have a greater purpose, and responsibility. to strive towards a goal. Also, owning a shop makes me and my workers more Responsible, Cooperative, Understanding, and Nicer. I am also doing it because i want to pay my workers so they can be happy. Third, to make a profit. This is due to the fact that making a profit will help me and others stay in business.
What do you plan to do with the shop?: To sell of course. Making a profit will help tremendously with have employees and others. It will also help with advertising.
As for payment, Here's how it will go. For Security, they will be paid at least 500 yen per day. And they will get a LARGE bonus for diffusing Situations in or around the 7/11. For delivery, Payment will depend on how fast they deliver, and the distance. The faster they are the more they will make. For Cashiers, the base is 500 yen, more will be added depending on their Attitude, work hours, and Helpfulness. Managers will be paid 1000 yen, and again, more will be added depending on Attitude, Work hours, and Helpfulness.
Finally, For hiring, I will make sure that people do applications. I will also do background checks on them. I am hoping to hire honest and nice workers. They must also be active on this server and at least a junior in high school.
How will your shop be unique?: I am planning on having myself, and my employees, help customers with anything that they need help on. I am also planning on being open at least 3 times a day. The Employees will also be helpful and kind to the customers.
We will also be doing themes on holidays. For Example; Me and the employees will be dressing up for Halloween, Christmas, Easter, Ect. We will also keep 3% of every purchase to the side to go into a raffle that will happen every week on Saturday. We will also have coupons, that will give customers 10%-30% off depending on which coupon they give us.
How many employees are you planning to have?: I am going to hopefully have:
5 security guards,
5 cashiers,
2 managers(one for day and one for night),
1 co-owner: SenpaiKuun
and finally 1-3 people for delivery.

We will also give discounts for Teachers, Employees, and Officers of the law.
There will be sales and discounts right before and on Holidays. And once a year we will have a Parade. This parade will Be in April, and will allow anyone to join in. This Parade will be non-profit and purely for fun.How many employees are you planning to have?: I am going to hopefully have:
