I am very active on the server, mostly everyday i log on. On the forums i wouldn't say i come on much, i only come on when I want to attempt to make a specific application or a certain appeal or suggestions.

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
the thought of repeating the same task between the hours of 9-5 day every day sounds deeply unpleasant for most people, but i will not be a type of teacher like that, all these lessons i will arrange, i will care for each single one and i really want to work with the new children each year. Adding on to this statement, i can teach myself as i teach the students along. One of the main reasons for wanting to teach is devotion to lifelong learning. I chose this because i will have responsibility for my classroom, I want everything perfect like i treat my bedroom. Everything organised and in right places, i will welcome every student. I have the ability to make a real difference in students’ lives. I will make decisions regarding what’s best for the students, and lay out my own lesson plans. Considering i am very talkative and funny, i feel safe in a certain social atmosphere on school grounds. This is my Motivation, a honest one.

- HD: Head Of Department- It means a teacher who is head of there subject they teach and they also give permission to new qualified teachers to teach.
- QTLS: Qualified Teacher- They can teach there own classes without permission from a HD.
- NQT: New Qualified Teacher- A teacher who needs permissions from a HD to teach a class and its new to its job.

OOC: Teachers in Japan earn from 44,000-250,000 Yen a year. Other countries are different on how much they earn. Teacher's is a very important part of a Student's life. Teacher's develop a Students future. Subjects in the majority of schools are: English, Math, Science, Geography, History, Humanities, Cultral Studies, Social Studies, PS(H)E, I(C)T, Drama, Art, Physical Education (P.E), Religious Education (R.E), Music, D&T, Media Studies, Construction, etc.. In most schools (that I'm aware of), Teacher's teach their specific subject. Some Teacher's have the privilege to teach more than 1 subject, but most of the time Teacher's only teach one subject. Teacher's are required to give their students the best education that they can possibly provide. Teacher's should not be absent unless there is an important and major reason. In RP, I understand very well that you must not take a day-off unless you get permission by the Prinicipal and it must be a very important reason. During RP, under no circumstances can you act immature. You must stay mature. Teachers must be aware if a Student is: failing to cooperate, confused during the subject, not bringing the correct equipment to class, failing to do provided homework or classwork, misbehaving, etc.. If a student is failing to follow a Teacher's rules, they must pay the concequences and the Teacher should assign them a detention or another form of punishment.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Because a great teacher makes learning fun, as stimulating, engaging lessons are pivotal to a student’s academic success. Some students who are more prone to misbehavior, truancy or disengagement are more dependent on an engaging teacher. Making your classroom an exciting environment for learning will hold the students’ fascination, and students learn best when they are both challenged and interested. It’s part of motivating students, which may not be easy, but which will benefit students immeasurably in the long run.

She is an attractive 28 year old, who always wears her Chestnut brown, wavy hair, which is always down, sways about when she walks. She would always have a helping hand in art. When she smiles, her orange crush heart shaped lips turns everyone frowns upside down. Her dark green eyes as the beautiful sky would reflect in the sunlight every time. I would inform the Principal or other staff members in the school immediately as i am aware that this kind of behaviour or manner, is not acceptable. I would also "tell them off" and send them to detention if it is needed. This kind of behaviour wont be tolerated outside or inside my classroom.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
I would inform the students telling them to listen as they could learn more to get a good grade. But if they continue not to listen i will inform them 2 times more. If they do not listen by that. I would send them to detention. Its like a chance, choice and consequence.

I would act positive as i can when im on my bad days. I wont sit there putting my head down i will socialize with the workers around me and discuss few things. Also i am to be in a good behaviour and attitude.

Backstory
Asia Wung Wood, an attractive, outgoing young woman was born in the area of Brighton in England. She was born in July of 1990. Her childhood was all about education in art. Her parents were always supporting her on her art skills and her GCSES. As a child, Asia was talented in art and always drawing through her lifetime. All her friends would be inspired in her masterpieces of art. Asia didnt grow up with her family, she wouldnt either talk to them, but she was really shy also. Asia attended a good school as her parents had quite a lot of money. Like the College OF Art in Latvia. She was always quite quiet as she always would draw in her notebook every single day. Her Art Teachers adored her so much as she was so interested into art.She didnt really ever join any clubs just a little seed of talent grew in her to be so amazing at art.Leaving High School, Asia was planning on to apply to College to improve her art for her future job by studying .Asia's carers supported the fact that she wanted to be a very talented Art Teacher and just wanted the best for their daughter. Once she graduated in 2016, she moved to Japan near an area called Karukura Before that, she started to draw realistic pictures of humans. She once opened a stand at a festival back then at England an art stand, where she would draw peoples faces. Everyone one was fasinated so Asia earned alot of money from that part-time job. After working at that festival, she moved to an Art Studio in Japan called "Pate ru Art" located in Brighton, and Now, at the age of 28, she wants to finally complete her biggest dream, of bringing joy to people in Karukura and let the world know that Art is a puzzle piece for a completed life to become an Art-Teacher at Karukura High School, Japan!
