What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: I do love Roleplay, and I want to explore my future and what I can do with it since I just been an Grade-12 student. Becoming an teacher would be wonderful and learn out to the other students what iv’e been learned at school. I would tryna do my best to be an big role model for all the students.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: Classroom logs are logs that teachers use to prove that they held a class/lession. Classroom logs does show who’s active in class and that’s why they are important.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: I’ll do say/mail to the principal that me and the class will go on a field trip and tell how long w will be there, what time, and where we will go.

- HD: Head of Department - They are the head of whatever subject that teacher teaches. They take charge in guiding lessons and helping out their QTLS’s , and NQT’s. They mainly guide NQT’s.
- QTLS: Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills - A teacher approved to teach a subject. They have passed their time of being an NQT, and should now know what to do, without needing HD to guid them.
- NQT: Newly Qualified Teacher - A new teacher usually, get guidance from Head of their department. They require permission from their HD to teach classes.

Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: Teachers are important because they do track students progress and do present information to parents or the students guardian. We do learn out to the students that life isn’t easy, you do need to go at school, to get a good future and earn good money a live a good life.

Jennie Martinez is an female standing at 5’6, she do have long brown curly hair to the end of her back, with light chestnut brown eyes. An very tall and narrow female. Her lips would be glossy and not too big but a little more filled and soft lips. She do have an very good look, and a little more darker skin. Jennie does love to explore the world and would not be so shy, she is very confident and takes good decides. Jennie isn’t that open with her background but she is an good person to talk to if something is wrong and would be helpful. She does knows a lot of people in the Karakura City. If you need something, so she will always be there for you and listen about what you want to tell her. When she’s serious so she do have an ”serious” voice. She’d do like to experience her life and now, she would like to experience her life as a teacher.

When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: She would be very nice to the other teachers in there and would be more laid back about things, likely working on something for her next class or waiting for a period to finish to start her next class.

She grew up with an hard background and didn’t had the best life at home, even if her friends in her class though so. Jennie had a hard life as little. When she was 11 years old, her dad died in an accident with he’s car. So she lived with her mom and her sister at their house. Jennie was not so confident as little until she got for like 15 years old, and then she started her ”real” life, she started on Karakura highschool as little and have been there since a long time ago. Jennie is now 18 and is trying to be an wonderful teacher with an big potential.
