What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
My motivation is how much learning and education the kids will get as I teach them. I would want the students to explore their hidden talents while gaining a new appreciation of art and the role it plays in the world around the students and how it relates to the core subjects. I would want them to learn something new about art and have fun doing it. This includes the elements and principles of art, techniques, and art appreciation.
What are the teacher class logs and why are they important?:
Teacher classroom logs are basically the way of proving that you can work in the job you desire, and you can earn the money you're working for. If a teacher does not have the classroom logs, it signifies they are not doing their job correctly. Classroom logs are very important in your job, they are your income and paychecks, without them, you would basically be working for free.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
I would bring up the idea to the Principal/Vice-Principal and have their approval before planning. After the trip is approved, I would proceed to plan out and come up with ideas and other little details, asking fellow teachers for advice or information. As of the next day, I would proceed to inform all classes about the upcoming field trip, answering any questions or concerns they may have. Since my class would be art, the class would go around at sceneries and parks, the class would draw certain items they find nice or beautiful for their work assignments.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:

I have a lot of experience in Roleplay, I have been a professor in SRP twice or three times, it was a very good experience of roleplay for me , but overall my experience in roleplay is very detailed and I try to be organized with it .I can roleplay such as Big city event roleplay to small animal roleplay, What i like doing in roleplay is doing paragraphs in /me’s they may not be detailed sometime with ‘Big’ words but at the same time I like trying to put the best and longest into it for others to enjoy and to have fun with.

The Head Of Department is an experienced teacher in the teaching department, they make sure the kids are getting the right education and that teachers are teaching what should be taught, they also assist teachers in their duty of teaching a class and they help new teachers around the school.

Qualified teachers are teachers who can host classes by themselves, they have to also teach newly Qualified Teachers, they help the new teachers learn how to teach and how to host a class, Qualified teachers help many advanced learning students in the school, they also make sure most students get the right education.

New Qualified Teacher. Being a new teacher is somewhat diligent, you may make some mistakes there and there but overall that's why most new qualified teachers look up to the Qualified teachers, they can host a class but not without permission, they would need to ask someone if they could, or show them that they can handle teaching in a class alone.

Teachers serve a purpose of education their students, every teacher has a certain subject they teach, such as history, art, Math ect… as doing so teachers spend most of their out of game time planning subjects, assignments and lessons, teachers in-game get paid a minimum of 300.000 per month if they get all 15 classes done, when not in school and over the weekend teachers may have to do test corrections or such as grade projects, if they don't have any of that they live a normal SRP life. Out of game get about 240.000 or 260.000 per month. If teachers want to have a fun active class they have to have a quiet respectful class to do so.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Teachers are important in SRP, they help students by teaching them the stuff they need to know, they try to make the students learn all about everything they will need to learn, but otherwise teachers try to push students so they can graduate, all the teachers love their students but they want them to succeed

Mykel Cygnus is a American-Russian male he would have blue silky hair that would be down to his ears, he would have always be wearing to outfits, one of them would be a tan blouse with black pants, the other outfit would be a yellow and blue stripped scarf with a white shit with green pants following along with blue shoes, his blue eyes would follow along with the whole look.
Mykel is kinda different because he has ADHD and suffers from monophobia, monophobia is being scared of being alone. he is very different because he is very unexpected and has a pretty unexpected personality.
Mykel's outlook on students may seem different from others, he wants all his students to succeed and make sure they make it to college, he would do anything to see all his kids make it out of college even if it means he has to stop something that isnt so important and help them understand.
Mykel's out look on teachers is somewhat the same but also different, he wants the teachers to see him as a friend out of school and in school, but also a work partner that they can always come to him and ask anything if they are new or even if they just need help in general.
Mykel's personality is something some may not expect he may seem very innocent and scared but when it comes to being serious the lever pulls, he can be a very serious male when it comes to someone irritating him or even if someone is being dis respectful in the class or if its the whole close.
Mykel's plans for his future to be perfect in his eyes, he wants to make a family, maybe move into a better place or even just buy alot of furry animals, he hasnt really decided to what he wants to do yet, he has to much life to live to think of the future but overall he wants to continue teaching for a while.

He would go up to them, giving them a warning, and ask them politely not to do it again. If they continue their obnoxious behavior, he would proceed to tell them that it was not permitted in school, giving them a detention referral for the day. After the referral, he would inform the principal about the detention. If the same students continue their poor behavior, they would be immediately sent to the principal's office. Mykel would then tell the principal of their behavior and inform them of a further suspension.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
Mykel would raise his voice a tad, attempting to catch the classes attention. If their loud chatter does not stop, he would clap his hands, signifying they were too loud. If he manages to catch the classes attention, he would give them 4 ICLY minutes of silence. If their voices raise even after the silence, he would proceed to inform the class of silence for the remainder of the period
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
He would be very chatty and open in the teacher’s lounge, asking other teachers about their classes, going over any upcoming tests or just normal classwork. If he was not speaking with teachers, he would be planning out future assignments, looking over papers, or grading tests for his class.

/me He would grab a new chalk stick and he would start to write on the chalkboard. As doing so he would have one hand on his left hip, once finished he would place the chalk down and turn himself around looking at the unkept class.
/me He would walk into his silent classroom, as doing so he would let out a brief sigh of relief, walking to his wooden desk he would put his laptop bag on the ground next to his chair, looking around, he would grab papers and start passing each piece of paper on every desk he would then smile ready to start class.
/me He would open the door calmly but swiftly, holding out his hand in a waving gesture at the students standing before the door. A smile would seem to be glued to his face as he gave all the students entering the room a comfortable and safe feeling.
/me He would bend down on his knees, scouring for any trash or left over items from the students. If there was any trash found on the floor, he would proceed to pick it up swiftly and carefully, dropping it in the trash can. After picking up trash, he would continue to grab wipes, carefully draping one across a desk while wiping it swiftly.
Backstory
On the day of February 5th, 2001, a boy that goes by the name of Mykel would be born. He would have a very nice childhood, before things go downhill. At the age of 6, Mykel went to a private school for genius kids. He always thought he was just extremely smart for his parents to put him in such a high level school, but what he didn’t know was that his mother wanted him there so he wouldn't witness his fathers violent actions. At the age of 12, Mykel had ended up getting into a huge fight with a kid at school, bragging he was better than Myk. The fight had gotten so bad, the teachers had to come and break the children up. Mykel was sent home for the day, devastated, as soon as he got home, he ran inside, ignoring his mother calling his name from behind him. As soon as he stepped into the door, it was an immediate hit to the head with a glass bottle. No time of reaction, he fell instantly to the floor, blood dripping from his forehead. All he heard was his mothers screams and cries, and his fathers immediate action for the phone. His last moments of remembrance were the bright lights of the ambulance, the heavy breathing and stale smell of the emergency room, and his mothers soft voice of a song into his ear. At the age of 15, Mykel ended up leaving his private school, joining public instead. As of his first class, their greetings were rather odd to Mykel and their jokes were improper and sometimes murderous. A student was once speaking about the class of their dreams, their dream was being a teacher in theater arts. He was intrigued by the words of the student, and decided to ask a few questions. He was so inspired, when he got home, dodging his fathers obnoxious screams and his mothers raged cries. Mykel was up till 3:00 am that night researching about teachers, what they could do and how they changed the world around them. He had made it clear that day, that it was his goal to be just like those people, and be the best teacher. At age 18, he had worked his hardest for a scholarship. His teacher walked up to him to tell him that he had sadly not earned anything. Disappointed, he went home to an empty house. His mother laying on the floor, fainted. Hyperventilating, he ran towards her, pulling out his phone to call the cops. After half a year, he had finally got into college, managing to work his hardest for his bachelor's degree. He ended up leaving college 2 years earlier than needed, still successfully getting a Bachelor's degree. As of now, he would hopefully attempt to become a fellow art teacher at Karakura High.
