What is your motivation for applying?: I enjoy drawing and people often ask me how I draw so well, I also play an instrument. Art can come in all sorts of forms. My motivation for Art teacher is also because there are not many teachers on the server or teaching their class.

Summarize your previous experience (both in general and teacher wise): I was a teaching assistant for band in school last year. Also on my breaks I often go and help out my teacher with any work, such as cleaning the classroom, or even just organizing papers.

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that? I wouldn't change much or anything, but I hope to help students understand and learn art. Also to make the server enjoyable for everyone.
KNOWLEDGE
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general. Teachers give students the knowledge they need to know for when they are out there on their own. What I know about teachers is that they make around ten thousands of money a year. I also know that high school teachers need to Complete a Bachelor's Degree to become a teacher.
Why are teachers important to a School RP server: SchoolRp is a server for people of any age and race to roleplay as a high school student, without teacher's there can't be a school, and no school means no SchoolRP.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
Trainee (Trainee): Trainee is the newest you can get, you're only Trainee for a few days. And you don't have permission to start up new classes. You must come into classes come into lessons and sit down ,make sure to ask them first, and start to learn from them.
Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT): You are now more advanced than a trainee teacher and you have the correct qualifications to start a lesson. But before teaching you must check the roleplay documents to see what you're suppose to be teaching. If there are no lessons yet then tell another teacher. You don't need to follow lesson plans by the book, but you must cover some key parts mentioned in it.
Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS): As a QTLS you're a normal teacher now. You can freely start lesson now but you must discuss and organize when it will be with other teachers. You're allowed to let trainee's into your class, but you can not train them yet.
Head of Department (HD): It's unlikely to reach this stage but if there is already an HD they can offer you to be Co-HD. As HD you must decide what's lessons your department is going to teach. If you want to get even higher than HD you can apply for Senior Leadership Team too.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: The MoSCo system. MoSCo stands for Must have, Should have, and Could have.

She likes drawing scene's from games and images in her head from books. Aiko want's to share her drawing talents with other people, so she dreams to be an Art teacher.
SCENARIOS
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I would give them a warning to stop and tell them if they don't they will get detention.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do? I would wait for them to settle down, if they don't then I'd give them less time to do homework or whatever assignment we were doing that day.
When in a teacher lounge, how does your character act? Asuna would ask the other teachers how they are doing and afterwards get back to work.

BACKSTORY
Describe how your character ended up becoming a teacher and his/her previous life. Aiko Kyioto as 26 year old woman born in Hiroshima, Japan.. Aiko and her mother, Aiko Kyioto always dreamed to visit Switzerland some day. Aiko knew that it meant a lot to her mother to visit Switzerland. So one day Aiko got the idea that she can become a teacher and take her mother to Switzerland when she is an adult. Aiko studied hard and one day in middle school the class got an assignment to draw themselves when they were 6 years old. Aiko was drawing herself and her friend, Amy said that she drew very well. Aiko's father, Naoki Kyioto would always play video games as she grew up, when her brother, Koji Kyioto was hanging out with his girlfriend she'd play his video games. She adored playing them, she one day decided to draw her favorite scene from a game called "World of Warcraft". She drew it and used her cousin, Emma Flowers, paint to paint it. Aiko showed her friend Amy her drawing and Amy said "You should try to be an Art teacher when you grow up!". Aiko thought about day and night, so she decided that she'll be an Art teacher and visit Switzerland with her mother before her mother passes away. Amy started drawing scenery and improved quickly. Aiko also played the flute in 6th grade and took violin classes. Aiko went through high school and joined the art club while her friend Amy did music. After high school Aiko went to a college. She took the following classes, Art making and use, Art history ,and Art theory. Years later she got a Bachelor's Degree in Art.
