School Employee Role you are applying for?: Teaching assistant
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for: A teaching assistant's role is to ensure that all classes are being smoothly run by the teacher. As it recalls in the name, they assist the teachers in hosting classes. In high school, the classes can be quite chaotic at times especially since it mostly concludes of newer players exploring how to play the server. I know this because I have been a teacher in the past as well as a professor. Teaching assistants can be very helpful when it comes to keeping the class in an orderly fashion, which also means they have a big role to play. Not only do they ease the teachers, but they keep the school functioning.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: Throughout my two years of playing SRP I have role-played as a high-school student, college student, high-school teacher, college professor, and a hospital employee. Before playing SRP I used to role-play on multiple medieval themed servers. In general, I have plenty of experience on emoting and knowledge on the basic rules and regulations when it comes to role-playing such as rolls, perms, etc.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?: As a school professional, my character will act with full respect towards the student despite the remark. Firstly, she will warn the student in hopes to refrain further action. If the student continues, she will have them attend detention. If the behavior is continued the student may face a visit with the principal.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
She would quickly call for a nurse and another faculty employee to assist. After that, my character would attempt to intertwine between the fight in hopes to stop furthermore blows. Both students will obviously be given consequences, depending on how the situation had begun. But, nonetheless consequences can include detention, suspension, or even being expelled.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how do your character react?:
My character would confront the employee and perhaps converse to them about the consequences of doing such actions, an example would be losing their job. My character would also ensure that the safety of others around said employee is in tact, and would let the principal know of their behavior.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Respectfully and friendly. My character would attempt to converse with her co-workers as she is an extrovert. Though, she will still remain professional and act responsibly both inside and outside of work grounds amongst faculty employees.

Backstory
Adalyn Reese grew up in Kanazawa, Japan. Her father was originally from the U.S.A, though he had moved to Japan for university. Kanazawa was where Adalyn's parents had met, which in turn created Japanese-American Adalyn. She was raised by two young parents, who had no clue how to maneuver through life. This caused Adalyn to grow in to a somewhat non-intelligent child. When she was around the age of 12, the family had moved to a location in Japan known as Karakura. Living was cheaper there, but not as beautiful as Kanazawa. However, Adalyn thrived here. After beginning her high-school journey, she became a Bobcat cheerleader. As anyone would expect, she was the stereotypical blonde idol. Though, after a few badly made mistakes Adalyn was pronounced pregnant. Perhaps it was her abusive boyfriend. . No one will ever know. But, soon after she was kicked off the team and her life began spiraling downwards. After having her baby, she applied to college in which she was accepted to. Joining college allowed for new opportunities. But, they were short-lived as her reputation had completely destroyed her future. She graduated college with a Bachelors a few years later meanwhile struggling to keep her child alive. Though, things began to brighten up for her as she then rejoined college in hopes to graduate with a masters. Her life was now beginning to smooth out, with a few jobs here and there she had a steady flow of in come which allowed her to successfully fend for her child. After attaining her masters, she was now on the hunt for a proper career which lead her to the option of becoming a teaching assistant. Ever since she was a child, working in the education field had always been an aspiration of hers. This career choice was perfect and fit in to her life like the last piece to a giant puzzle.
Motivation for Joining KHS: My first obvious reason is that I would like to have something to log on for, as it can become quite boring at times with nothing to do on the server. Every role I've had involving the school has always been an enjoyable experience and I wish to acquire another role I have not tried yet. I do know what it takes to be a professor as well as a teacher, so I am personally experienced enough to become an assistant and I know I can be a great help in assuring that classes are running smoothly. This role will also allow me to make new friends and experiences, as well for my character. This job will give my character the development it needs which is also another big motivation of mine. This character has been around for quite a while and I am now deciding to bring her back as a young mother who's beginning her own life, and this role is perfect for a first time career.

If so, please elaborate (If not, respond with "N/A"): Yes, like I had stated before I've worked as a high-school teacher twice and a professor once. The reason from being demoted was totally on my part based off of inactivity. I had quit being a professor after I wanted to focus on school more, but now my schedule is entirely fixed and I currently have enough time to focus on school and play minecraft whenever I wish to. But, I do have the experience for this job as I have worked in both school environments in which SRP has to offer (college and high-school).
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: Firstly, I have the experience. Yes, I have not been an assistant but I have been a teacher and a professor which gives me more than enough experience. I know how the school system works, this being class logs, classes, etc. As a teaching assistant it's important to know how things around the school are being run and how to be helpful inside of the classroom to make the teacher's lives easier. Not only do I have the role experience, I know how to properly role-play and act in school grounds. That is a major part of becoming a part of KHS. Furthermore, I'm also a highly active player. Activity on the server is necessary for this role, because being inactive is simply a wasted space for an active player to have the role and obviously hours need to be met for payment. But, it's not even about the payment, it's about the experience. Being inactive does not allow for that experience. All of the reasons which are said above is why I should be accepted over the other applicants. I am an experienced and active player.
