How often do you log onto the server?: 6 out of 7 days a week
Do you have TeamSpeak3? No I have discord and can get teamspeak if neeeded.

Can you ensure that you will often come on:I will at least be on 5 out of seven days a week for 4-6 hours every day

In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: the teachers assistant helps any teacher with anything they need and can help a teacher run the class and do work for them during school hours and after school hours they do any work their higher ups tell them to do and work as basically a teacher but does not fully run the class and just helps the teacher keep the class in order they learn from the teachers by watching them teach as they also help the class they basically shadow the teachers.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:I do have experience with doing lots of roleplays and have had important roles before but not to much experience and could learn a lot from this job
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:I play on 4-5 other roleplay servers and in general have jobs on some of them I understand how roleplay works and how things are run like reallife
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: the teacher assistant helps any teacher in any way a teacher or higher ranks tells them to.the assistant teachers works by a teachers side basically beaing a teacher but doesn't have full run over any class.an assistant shadows the teachers and does anything a teacher tells them to do if asked like collect work from students for her/him or go get something for them
[Situations]
During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:I tell the teacher I'm working with they were beaing bad then I calmly tell them to stop if they don't I'll tell the teacher that he/she might want to give them detention for disrespect and disrupting the class.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:I will do what the principle might ask of me but if I think it's something I can't do or it's dangerous in any way I will calmly tell the principle why I shouldent do it and if they still tell me to do it I will respect there wishes and do it for them.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I will remind the person that there are students around and if they want to do it wait till after school If it's really dangerous I will remind them that it is dangerous and tell them they shouldent do it they could get hurt.

Motivation for Joining YHS: I always love helping around and this would be my way of giving back to a great school i love helping others and from some of the teachers I have met they might be able to use some help with keeping the class in order and beaing on topic

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:I live helping others and I think helping a teacher would be a great experience I know that I'm not better than anyone but I do know that I would work hard and do what I'm meant to do having this role would be a great experience for me to work twords beaing a full on teacher once I finish college I know that I will work hard because this is something I want to do and I won't quit
